Following her attendance at the Essence Black WIH awards, Janelle Monae attended the 32nd Independent Spirit Awards this evening(February 25th) at the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica, CA.
Working her signature black & white look, she wore a SALVATORE FERRAGAMO FALL 2016 ensemble which featured a stripe coat, checkered print shirt and a zigzag printed pleated dress. I actually love this look but thinking about the venue, this is a bit too much.
Maybe she should have just left that fabulous coat out but the main issue here are the LOUBOUTIN sandals. They just don't coordinate well with her chic ensemble. An EMM KUO clutch, PIAGET diamonds and a complimentary beauty look finished up her look. Do you think Janelle ensemble worked for this awards?
