Sienna Miller in Alexander McQueen at 'The Lost City of Z' London Premiere

Following the photocall, Sienna Miller hit the red carpet this evening(February 16th) for 'The Lost City of Z' premiere at the British Museum in London. 

She stepped out in a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SPRING 2017 ivory embroidered lace handkerchief hem dress with contrasting red & green stitching and a slit detail. Beauty wise, she kept it simple with minimal make-up and a braided half up half down hairstyle.
