Before she took the stage to speak at the event, Halsey posed on the blue carpet at the Planned Parenthood 100th Anniversary Gala yesterday evening(May 2nd) at Pier 36 in New York.
Working a sultry look, she wore a JONATHAN SIMKHAI PRE-FALL 2017 see-through black one long sleeve satin & beaded lace floor lace dress.
If this was the VMA's or something like that, this sheer, sultry number would be okay. But for a Planned Parenthood gala, this gets a no for me. Do you think Halsey's look worked for the occasion?
