Lupita Nyong'o made her way back to the carpet this evening(June 5th) for the 2017 CFDA Awards which was hosted by Swarovski at the Hammerstein Ball Room in New York.
For the occasion, she wore a JASON WU FALL 2017 champagne velvet midi dress with a pleated cold-shoulder & asymmetrical neckline, a cut-out side and a crossover split detail skirt. The dress was shown in a gold velvet on the runway which probably would have worked on Lupita.
However she worked this sexy dress on the carpet but the hemline is not the best. A natural hairstyle, minimal make-up, sparkly earrings and PAUL ANDREW custom platinum leather & hand-painted metallic feather sandals finished up her look.
