Yesterday evening(August 22nd) Kat Graham was spotted arriving for Nina Dobrev's Harper by Harper's Bazaar September issue dinner at Rosaline in West Hollywood, CA.
Making a sparkly arrival, she wore a long sleeve colorful sequin stripe ATTICO FALL 2017 crossover robe ankle length dress with a v-neckline and side pockets which she utilized. While the robe dress wasn't tied in the look book, Kat added a waist sash which worked in her favor.
