Before she started her hosting duties, Katy Perry hit the carpet at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards this evening(August 27th) at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Working an all white look, she wore a STEPHANE ROLLAND FALL 2017 COUTURE crepe floor length dress with a draped panel, a strapless detail, a sheer illusion cut-out neckline and a train detail.
On the beauty end, she added a smokey eye to her beauty look for a edgy touch. I kinda wish she wore a less distracting earring but I do like this dress on her. She finished up with a short layered cut. Are you sold on Katy's look?
