Nina Dobrev is the September 2017 cover star of Harper by Harper's Bazaar magazine and yesterday evening(August 22nd) she was spotted arriving at the issue dinner at Rosaline in West Hollywood, CA.
For her appearance, she wore the RALPH LAUREN COLLECTION 'Kendra' black long sleeve cady knee length dress with a contrasting white removable broadcloth collar, a statement brooch and a belted waist.
The collar & brooch enhances the appeal of the little black dress but I wish the belt was fitted properly on the waist. However she still looks cute. A medium wavy cut, red lips, an EDIE PARKER clutch and MALONE SOULIERS heels finished up her looks. What do you think of Nina's look?
