On Friday(December 29th) Katie Holmes and Victoria Justice hit the red carpet for the grand opening of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Katie Holmes stepped out in a ULLA JOHNSON PRE-FALL 2017 sleeveless ruffle, polka dot dress which she offset with camel colored sandals. Cute dress but the make-up looks a little off.
Victoria Justice rocked a red crop hoodie and a black mini skirt with a contrasting white stripe hem. I like her edgy, sporty look as it works perfectly for the occasion. White boots, a red lip and center part straight tresses finished up her look.
