With Meghan Duchess of Sussex wearing black and soft hues a lot lately, it's refreshing to see her in a bold color. Earlier today(June 5th) she attended the Commonwealth Youth Challenge Reception in London.
The Duchess was simply sophisticated in a BRANDON MAXWELL SPRING 2018 yellow sleeveless double face crepe midi dress with a sheath silhouette, a slight boat neckline and a back split. On the runway, the dress was shown with a belt which I wish she kept but it doesn't hurt her look without it.
Also while the color is what keeps her look alive, I would have loved to see her in a colored heel or statement jewelry which could have taken her look to the next level. But being that she is in the royal family, it's no surprise that she wore the simple nude suede pumps. She finished up with a center part up-do, smokey eyes which was offset with a pink lip. Are you missing the belt?
