Last night(August 20th) the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.
Jennifer Lopez who received the Vanguard award, posed on the carpet wearing a VERSACE one-shoulder dress, featuring a thigh-high split. She off course dressed up her look with sparkly diamonds and a silver metallic clutch & sandals.
Anna Kendrick wore a mixed media RALPH & RUSSO feather hem dress which she teamed with ROGER VIVIER embellished sandals. DANA REBECCA DESIGNS & EFFY jewelry and straight off-the-shoulder tresses finished up her look.
Tiffany Haddish wore a NAEEM KHAN long sleeve black & white sheer beaded, v-neck dress. My only issue with Tiffany's look is that circle beading below her belly button, which puts an weird emphasis on her crotch.
Shanina Shaik wore a NAEEM KHAN FALL 2018 white long sleeve beaded, v-neck jumpsuit with nude briefs underneath for coverage. If this looks familiar, that's because Angela Bassett wore the runway version in July 2018.
Karlie Kloss wore the split on her ELIE SAAB RESORT 2019 silver metallic & gold trim embroidered double split dress with sweetheart bodice. I like this sexy dress on Karlie but I wish the hair was sleeker.
Amandla Stenberg wore a PRADA RESORT 2019 printed turtleneck and nude leather, crossover mini skirt. I wish she left the eye makeup out but I like her ensemble.

Bebe Rexha sparkled in a wore a custom CHRISTIAN SIRIANO one long sleeve sequin crop top with the matching thigh-high split. STUART WIETZMAN sandals, smokey eyes and side parted layered tresses finished up her look.
Ashanti worked the splits on her ELIE MADI off-the-shoulder dress. I can't say that I am sold on this but it works for the occasion.
Kylie Jenner was on hand to support boyfriend Travis Scott, wearing a TOM FORD FALL 2018 white belted blazer dress which she teamed simply with ankle strap sandals.
Sabrina Carpenter has already dipped into the VERSACE archives before so the fact that she is wearing this FALL 2013 dress is no surprise. However she could have gone with a way better shoe with this sexy dress.
Shay Mitchell kept it sexy as always, wearing this NICOLAS JEBRAN SPRING 2018 orange & white mini dress which she accessorized with HARRY KOTLAR studs and crisscross sandals.
Maddie Ziegler looked simply cute in this pink satin crop top with the matching pants which stopped above her ankle. Adding some sparkle to her shiny look, she wore glitter silver pumps.
Winnie Harlow rocked two different see-through looks on the fuchsia carpet. The first was a ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2018 COUTURE sheer beaded, center front split dress. On the runway, the dress was lined but Winnie chose to wear it unlined. GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals, silver smokey eyes and center part tresses finished up her look.
Her second look was courtesy of SONIA RYKIEL. Her FALL 2018 black see-through lace dress, featuring a crisscross, cutout halter top and zipper detail. She finished up with the same beauty look & sandals from her first look.
Chloe x Halle double-up on us as always rocking coordinating looks courtesy of IRIS VAN HERPEN. Chloe(left) wore a FALL 2017 COUTURE jumpsuit, while Halle(right) wore a cape inspired dress from the SPRING 2018 COUTURE collection. The looks are a bit fussy and I would have loved to see them with a colored lip but it works for the occasion.
