Regina Hall was a presenter this evening(February 23rd) at the 34th Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, CA.
For the occasion, she wore a LELA ROSE SPRING 2019 white stripe chiffon gown, featuring a v-neckline, a cinched waist and a ruffle, pleated hem. While the gown wasn't lined in the look book, Regina wore a nude slip underneath for coverage.
I really want to like this but I am not 100% sold. It's slightly overwhelming on her and I think a center part, low ponytail would have been ideal. A red lip topped off her look. Do you think Regina pulled this look off?
