Nominee Halsey hit the red carpet at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards this evening(August 26th) at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Halsey admitted on the carpet that she is always 'naked or half-dressed' and that was exactly the case. She chose a DUNDAS FALL 2019 COUTURE orange sheer organza, waist high split gown, which was belted at the waist.
A black bra and briefs were worn underneath for coverage. I can't see this being worn on any other red carpet but the VMA's and the Grammys as well.
I am not a fan of this but it's definitely not a departure from her usually and it works for the occasion. What do you think of Halsey's look?
