On Friday(September 27th) the 57th New York Film Festival opening night gala and the world premiere of 'The Irishman' took place at Lincoln Center in New York.
Maggie Gyllenhaal gave us another look from the DRIES VAN NOTEN FALL 2019 collection. Her black embellished shoulder, ankle length dress and gold embellished jacket was teamed with GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI pumps. Even though it is not visible on Maggie, the detailed shoulder along with the matching jacket is what gives this look a standout appeal.
Katie Holmes wore a MARC JACOBS FALL 2019 ensemble which she accessorized with an GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI clutch and black embellished mules. I like this ensemble on Katie but I dislike that you can see the shirt underneath the skirt.
Rose Byrne was on hand to support partner Bobby Cannavale, wearing a black cutout, twist waist NANUSHKA FALL 2018 dress which accessorized with an BIENE DAVIS bag and CHLOE GOSSELIN mules.
Anna Paquin who stars in the film, wore a DUNDAS PRE-FALL 2019 silver and black sequin embellished mini dress. The dress feels just a little bit over designed with the details on the neckline and the hem. Also I would swap out the pumps for ankle strap sandals.
Alexandra Richards wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION PRE-FALL 2019 one-shoulder ruffle floral high-low hem dress, with a cutout sleeve. The dress was shown with a belt in the look book but it wasn't missed on Alexandra's dress.
Molly Sims made a sparkly entrance wearing a RAISA VANESSA FALL 2019 green, sequined wrap maxi dress.
