Caitriona Balfe, Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig wore VALENTINO for the 92nd Annual Academy Awards on Sunday(February 9th) at the Hollywood and Highland in LA.
Caitriona Balfe chose a VALENTINO SPRING 2020 COUTURE black strapless gown which was layered with a see-through pink silk-chiffon cape, with a bow neck. Without the pink bow cape, this would have been a basic black gown. I like this piece on her but I kinda wish she wore the gloves. A colored lip and diamond jewelry finished up her look.
Maya Rudolph wore a SPRING 2020 one long sleeve, orange sequin and silk draped gown, which she reamed with gold sandals. Maya always plays around with different shapes on the carpet and it really doesn't pay off, especially in this case. However I like the color and the fact that she takes risks.
Kristen Wiig also wore a piece from the SPRING 2020 COUTURE. This playful red ruffle pleated panel gown suits her and I am glad that she kept the runway's black leather opera gloves because they work. Some may not like it but I do for it's unexpected statement.
