Ahead of the awards show, the Charles Finch and Chanel Pre-Bafta party took place yesterday evening(February1st) London. Most of the guest were wearing CHANEL unless otherwise stated.
Claire Foy led the way wearing a PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI PRE-FALL 2020 black long sleeve, silk v-neck jumpsuit. She should have definitely kept the flower belt and had the pants hemmed. But in general, I like this better on the model.
Emilia Clarke looked great for the occasion in a SPRING 2020 tweed dress which she accessorized with a black quilted bag and black cutout pumps.
Florence Pugh stood out in a ULYANA SERGEENKO FALL 2019 ruffle panel mini dress which she teamed with coordinating CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN tie-around pumps.
Ella Balinska suited up in a tweed & chain panel jacket which was teamed with a white button down shirt, a black bow tie and black silk pants. She always does the suit look well.
Lily-Rose Depp wore a beaded mini dress which she should have had lined. Also I would swap out those heavy pumps for ankle strap sandals.
Gemma Arterton looked great as well wearing a CHRISTIAN DIOR PRE-FALL 2020 navy houndstooth strapless, button front top and the matching crop pants. She dressed up her look with white pearls and embellished sandals.
Jessie Buckley wore a white skirt which she toughen up with a black studded jacket. The look of the skirt is unfortunate because this is not a bad look.
Laura Dern wore a black embellished short sleeve jacket, with a lace panel camisole underneath and black silk pants. From the fit, to the creases pants, this is not a good look.
Saoirse Ronan wore a PRE-FALL 2020 black one-shoulder embellished, drape panel top with the matching mini skirt and a belted waist. The skirt appears to have been shorten which worked in her favor. I like this, I just wish she wore a simpler sandal.
Lily Allen stood out thanks to her light blue and lime green BORA ASKU SPRING 2019 dress which she accessorized with a lime green suede CHANEL quilted bag.
