Following her attendance at the Spirit awards, Greta Gerwig along with Natalie Portman and Charlize Theron wore CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE to the 92nd Annual Academy Awards on Sunday(February 9th) at the Hollywood and Highland in LA.
Natalie Portman chose a SPRING 2020 COUTURE sheer gold embroidered dress which was layered with a black strapless dress underneath for coverage. She toughen up her feminine dress with a long black coat and she nailed it. Her coat had meaning, it was embroidered with the female directors names on it.
Charlize Theron wore black peplum gown with a draped shoulder detail and a split detail skirt, with a train in the back. I feel like this needs a colored lip and sparkly jewelry to elevate it.
Greta Gerwig wore a custom green off-the-shoulder gown with a pleated bodice, a belted waist and a frayed hem. The design is basic and boring but I like this dark green hue.
