Yesterday evening(March 2nd) a few celebs hit the carpet for the 2020 Roundabout Theater Company Gala took place at The Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.
Julianna Margulies stepped out in a J. MENDEL FALL 2020 black and silver embellished mini dress which she teamed with black opaque tights and black pumps. I like this on her, on tune for the season and the occasion.
Audra McDonald wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION RESORT 2020 black lace embroidered, peplum dress. Love the dress but the styling doesn't work for me. Add a red lip and a belt( still optional but a somewhat missed) and swap out those pumps for an ankle strap sandal or the looks books pumps, and this would be a win.
Carla Gugino wore a GEORGES CHAKRA FALL 2019 COUTURE black crepe and tulle embellished panel cocktail dress. I wish that hair was sleeker, in a side swept up-do and I find the sandals to be a bit to heavy with this dress. Other than that, the dress looks great on her.
Debra Messing wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION black and white eyelet embroidered, puffy sleeve poplin shirtdress, with side pockets which she utilized. The dress is a little too long but it works.
Sutton Foster wore a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION SPRING 2020 red long sleeve, stud embellished dress. Sutton's dress was shown in a floor length version on the runway but her midi length works. I kinda miss the belt but it doesn't hurt her look without it. Also I wish that her hair was completely off-the-shoulders. SOPHIA WEBSTER sandals finished up her look.
