'Benedetta' 74th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

This evening(July 9th) in Cannes, France the premiere of ''Benedetta'' took place during the 74th Cannes Film Festival.

Maggie Gyllenhaal looked stunning in a red strapless ATELIER VERSACE v-neck pleated dress which she dressed up with a CHOPARD jewelry. The design is simple but the color and the fit gave this dress it's standout appeal. My only complaint is that sheer illusion panel on the v-neckline but it doesn't ruin her look remarkable look.

Melanie Laurent ditched wearing a dress for a simple black CELINE suit which was adorned with a CARTIER brooch. I feel like a red lip and some extra sparkles would make this exciting.

Virginie Efira wore a nude CHRISTIAN DIOR SPRING 2020 COUTURE silk-chiffon, pleated cape gown. While I don't like the color her, this light, airy gown still looked fantastic on her in general.

Tina Kunakey
brought some fashion drama, wearing this two-tone purple VALENTINO SPRING 2020 COUTURE creation. It was the red bow sash on the waist which elevated this number.

Zita Hanrot
wore a CHANEL PRE-FALL 2021 black one-shoulder satin gown with a crystal embellished bodice. The bottom half features so many creases that it is distracting from her look.

Izabel Goulart wore another custom dress by ETRO. Her white one-shoulder gown featured a flirty cutout back and crystal paisley embellishments.

Anja Rubik keep it simple in a SAINT LAURENT black one-shoulder, floor gazing dress with a sexy cutout, side split detail. The hardware detail on the shoulder and the necklace kept this simple black dress interesting but I feel like she needed her hair in a sleek, off-the-shoulder hairstyle.

Clotilde Courau wore a SCHIAPARELLI SPRING 2021 black one-shoulder, draped shirt with gold hardware and black trousers. I am glad that she switched to tapered leg trousers because they work better with this top proportion wise. However I am annoyed that the two shades of black are different. Also I think she need a gold bracelet on that sleeve.
