Jodie Turner-Smith in Gucci at the 74th Cannes Film Festival ''After Yang'' Photocall & the ''Stillwater'' Premiere

Jodie Turner-Smith may wear difficult or unique pieces but she is going to sell and pull it off. She is in Cannes, France for the 74th Cannes Film Festival and today(July 8th) she attended the photocall for ''After Yang'' and the ''Stillwater'' premiere.  She wore GUCCI on both occasions.

For the ''After Yang'' photocall, she wore a FALL 2021 tricolor pleated dress with a collar detail and detachable leather football shoulder pads The padded shoulder add a warrior type vibe to her look but I don't really like it. It is definitely an odd detail here along with the collar but Jodie is owning it. 

For the ''Stillwater'' premiere, she wore another FALL 2021 piece but a dramatic, custom version. She wore a strapless, crystal beaded and feather gown with statement jewelry. I wish her gown was a few inches shorter in the front because there is a lot of fabric at the hem. Also the black crystal bra cup isn't cute. She does looks gorgeous though and she knows how to handle statement pieces but I am not feeling the makeup. That's other quibble.
