94th Oscars Nominees Luncheon

Following the Spirit awards, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Kristen Stewart, Andrew Garfield and more attended the 94th Oscars Nominees Luncheon which was held at the Fairmont Century Plaza on yesterday(March 7th). 

Penelope Cruz stood out in a pink CHANEL SPRING 2022 tweed dress which accessorized with a black shoulder bag & sandals. This would have been better with accessories in a different color. 

Kristen Stewart wore a black velvet & silver crop jacket and black silk pants by CHANEL. Love the jacket, the pants, not so much. Maybe if they were the same shade of black and the creases don't help. 

Benedict Cumberbatch wore a navy, double notch lapel suit by BRIONI. It was simple and to the point, he looked great. 

Andrew Garfield wore a stripe suit by LOUIS VUITTON and although this doesn't measure up to his Valentino from the Spirit awards, he still looked good. 

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a weirdly designed dress of course by KHAITE. However this is not bad, it just needs some jewelry. 

Ariana DeBose looked simple pretty in a pink double-breasted suit by BOSS. This was very appropriate for the luncheon and I am glad that she wore color. 

Bradley Cooper wore what seems to be a grey suit with brown boots. The suit looks small but those and the creases are distracting. 

Jessica Chastain wore a GUCCI SPRING 2022 dress and those chunky sandals were the wrong choice. They don't look great with this dress at all. Ankles up, beautiful. 

Will Smith was all smiles wearing a DOLCE & GABBANA suit but I dislike that brown turtleneck with it. The color is not working nor is the style. 

Aunjanue Ellis is one of my favorite actress and I am so happy that she finally got some recognition for her work. I'm not loving the DOLCE & GABBANA suit though. 

Billie Eilish wore a GUCCI ensemble and maybe this would have worked if the shirt were tucked into the pants with different shoes. But this is Billie, I feel like she would have been better off with her signature, over-sized look. 

Denzel Washington is a good looking man but I think he may have styled this himself. 

Javier Bardem went the monochromatic route, rocking an all brown suit, top and shoes. Put a necklace on him and this would be better.
