Beyonce showed support for sister Solange Knowles who made history as the 1st black female composer for the NYC Ballet. She low keyed attended the New York Ballet 2022 Fall Fashion Gala at the David H. Koch Theater on Wednesday(September 28th). She of course posted her look on instagram.
Look 1:
She wore a custom black MUGLER jacket bodysuit and leggings topped off with cat eye sunglasses, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and patent leather ankle boots. For me, this ensemble would suit her better as a performance piece versus her just wearing it as an outfit, mainly because of the shape of it. She looked great in this, generally speaking and the necklace is fire.
Look 2:
Then she slipped into a custom SERGIO HUDSON which she accessorized with the same LORRAINE SCHWARTZ necklace from her first look and a SAINT LAURENT coat. Love this look more than the first. The red trimming around the neckline provided a complimentary pop of color which was needed for her all black look. This was a great power suit moment for Bey.
The lining in the second outfit spoils the whole look, the shoulder pads on both outfits toughen the looks a bit too much
