37th Goya Awards

On Saturday(February 11th) the 37th Goya Awards took place at the FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain.

Nieves Alvarez was easily my favorite in this STEPHANE ROLLAND SPRING 2023 COUTURE piece. Love the brown hue but that structured detail around the neckline is next level. She looked amazing as always.

Juana Acosta looked gorgeous wearing this GIAMBATTISTA VALLI FALL 2022 PINK off-the-shoulder, tea length dress. The red flower appliqué elevated it. Also, on this occasion, I don't mind the un-lined skirt.

Macarena Gomez utilized the hood on her pink TERESA HELBIG pleated dress but I prefer the dress without it.

Vicky Luengo looked beautiful wearing GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE SPRING 2020.

Laia Costa wore a floral strapless, CAROLINA HERRERA SPRING 2023 gown with pockets which she utilized. Love this gown but I dislike the neckline.

Marina Fois wore a LOUIS VUITTON black one-shoulder, paillettes dress. Instead of wearing sandals or pumps, she opted for black leather boots.

Penelope Cruz ditched wearing Chanel for this DOLCE & GABBANA black strapless, lace gown. It's better than most of her Chanel looks but it's not memorable. Also, I really think that she needed a better hairstyle with this and either a statement necklace or earrings.

Milena Smit suited up in SAINT LAURENT with CARTIER jewelry. It has a cool, edgy and retro feel to it that I like. However, I kinda wish the jacket was closed or the cummerbund left out but I still like this. She is really selling.

Juliette Binoche pulled off this look by PACO RABANNE. The dress has a lot going on design wise, but I like it. However, I am not feeling the ankle boots with it.

  1. Wow - Nieves looks BDOTY worthy. Vicky and Milena are other big highlights. Penelope's evening looks are always so ageing. Also she should wear dark colours gowns less often. Don't know why Juliette picked boots to go with that great dress, Fail.
