‘Megalopolis’ 77th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following her their attendance at the previous premiere, Araya Hargate, Greta Gerwig and more attended the ‘Megalopolis’ this evening(May 16th) in France during the 77th Cannes Film Festival.

Aishwarya Rai made a dramatic entrance wearing a custom FALGUNI SHANE PEACOCK off-the-shoulder gown with a flowing train in the back. Although I am not sold on the quality, the gown packs enough to drama to make it worth the occasion.

Aubrey Plaza wore a custom LOEWE dress with CASADEI heels. I feel like that roll detail on the waist comes off as unflattering. I the fit looks off and there are to many creases. I want to like this but it's not working.

Teyana Taylor wore a ROBERTO CAVALLI printed ensemble. I wish the pants were hemmed and I feel like she needed a simpler hairstyle.

Araya Hargate wore a MAISON MARGIELA SPRING 2017 COUTURE lace embroidered dress. If this would have been lined, the end results would have better.

Chloe Fineman sparkled in a red strapless, sequin dress by CELINE with CARTIER jewelry. I don't like the cutout detail on the bust and I wish the dress was shorten an inch or two.

Grace Vanderwaal wore a vintage CINEMA by PANOS ZINAS with a custom NK BRIDE veil. She looked pretty but this hits the costume border.

Greta Gerwig and Nathalie Emmanuel wore custom couture looks by CHANEL. Greta wore a black sequin floor length dress with a matching cape. Nathalie chose a white gown which kinda hits the bridal border. Also, it doesn't feel like the top & skirt work together.

Nadine Labaki wore a custom JEAN LOUIS SABAJI FALL 2024 black velvet gown with embellishment on the neckline and the cuff. I actual prefer look books version over Nadine's. Nadine's dress feels a bit too heavy for the occasion.
