97th Oscars Wrap-up

Following the nominees dinner and Cesars awards, Zoe Saldana and more made their way to the red carpet for the 97th Oscars which was held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday(March 2nd) in Hollywood, California. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE.

Elle Fanning looked regal in a GIVENCHY COUTURE gown which was accessorized with CARTIER jewelry. One could say that it hits the bridal border, but she still looked like a pretty doll.

Zoe Saldana walked away a winner wearing a custom SAINT LAURENT strapless, tier bubble gown. I love the color, but I can't say that about the design.

Raffey Cassidy looked stunning in a custom LOEWE one-shoulder silk dress with a statement tie detail on the shoulder.

Miley Cyrus rocked a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN black sparkly halter gown and she look great. It was a cool, edgy glam look, but I wish that her hair was completely off-the-shoulders.

Ariana Grande wore a SCHIAPARELLI SPRING 2025 COUTURE gown and this would have been so much better for her if it was remade in a different color. Also, this is the first time that her head styling actually, somewhat works with her look. Despite the color, this is her personal best.

Storm Reid returned to the carpet wearing a ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER SPRING 2025 COUTURE red mini dress which was belted at the waist and featured a ruffled, flowing cape. I am glad that this was done for her in red because the color is more exciting. She looked pretty.

Lisa of Blackpink suited up in a custom MARK GONG and I thought she looked great. The red corsage provided a complimentary pop of color to her look.

Alba Rohrwacher turned to one of her go to designer brands, VALENTINO. her black gown featured a velvet ruffle top and a silk-faille pleated skirt. If you know Alba's style, then you know she gravitate's towards pieces like this. I can't say that I like, and she needed a sleek up-do.

Charlotte Lawrence
wore a VALENTINO SPRING 2025 pink embellished dress with REZA jewelry and she carried a kitten clutch. The dress is over designed with too much going on.

Brandi Carlile in a VALENTINO SPRING 2025 polka dot blazer,  with a contrasting red bow on the waist and black trousers. This would have been a lot better if the lapels' weren't white.

Laura Dern ditched wearing a dress for a GUCCI sheer black, layered lace top and black trousers. This is okay, but it doesn't read Oscars.

Marlee Matlin looked beautiful wearing a YARA SHOEMAKER FALL 2024 COUTURE black beaded gown which was layered for coverage. The model made the gown look sexy on the runway, and Marlee made it a bit more elegant.

Mindy Kaling sparkled beautifully in a OSCAR DE LA RENTA silver embroidered tulle halter gown with EFFY jewelry.

H.E.R. wore a gold strapless, belted gown by RALPH LAUREN. The shape of the belt is a RL signature, but I wish that is was a little smaller.

Selena Gomez also wore a custom RALPH LAUREN gown. She looked so beautiful in this pink embellished gown. Selena is on a roll because this is the second winning look that she gave us. I hope that she continues to give us more of this.

Rachel Sennott wore a pink strapless BALENCIAGA COUTURE crystal beaded, column dress. I like the dress, but the head styling doesn't compliment it.

Michelle Yeoh wore an electric blue strapless BALENCIAGA COUTURE gown with a train in the back. She looked pretty, but the color is what made her look standout.

Goldie Hawn wore a strapless gold embellished DOLCE & GABBANA dress with the coordinating shawl. I wish this was in a different color.

Isabella Rossellini wore a midnight navy velvet DOLCE & GABBANA draped dress with the matching coat. This was a great look for her.

Felicity Jones looked elegant in a custom GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE silver liquid, halter dress with a bow waist and a flirty cutout back.

Demi Moore wore a custom GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE gown and I thought she looked gorgeous in it.

Adriana Paz wore a custom NEITHAN HERBERT red off-the-shoulder satin gown and this is just a lot of fabric. This is not a totally bad look, but she does look stunning waist up.

Bruna Marquezine looked pretty in a white ATELIER VERSACE halter dress. I like the simplicity of her look. It's not a wow moment, but she delivered. I just wish that she wore an open toe heel over the pointy toe pumps.

Doja Cat wore a custom BALMAIN animal print gown which was inspired by a vintage PIERRE BALMAIN 50's gown. I like this.

Nischelle Turner wore a draped halter dress by BALMAIN. I like the color on her, but the draping is a bit fussy.

Meg Ryan wore a ASHI STUDIO strapless deep ruby red velvet, structured column gown with side slits. She looked pretty, but a necklace is missing.

Scarlett Johansson in THIERRY MUGLER navy velvet, draped gown and she looked great in it. However, she should have left the gloves out.

Amy Poehler
wore the RACHEL GILBERT 'Huxley' black strapless, mermaid gown. It doesn't excite, but it's not a bad look. I wish that she wore the necklace that the model is wearing.

Coco Gauff wore a yellow studded dress by MIU MIU. The color was a great choice, but the design is too prom like.

Gal Gadot returned to the carpet wearing a PRADA red strapless gown with side pockets which she utilized. This is simple but yet pretty.

Anok Yai wore a strapless MARNI satin mermaid gown with a playful boa. The gown is just okay for me, but she does look gorgeous.

Coco Jones utilized the split on her COACH black draped, sparkly dress.

Ryan Michelle Bathe wore a gold strapless MARMAR HALIM gown. I'm not feeling the side draping.

Raye looked pretty in signature VIVIENNE WESTWOOD red draped, corset gown. That necklace was the perfect accessory.

Emily Mortimer wore a black RODARTE halter dress with ROGER VIVIER pumps. This is doesn't read Oscars.

Marissa Bode sparkled in a red sequin high-low hem, halter gown from the RVNG SPRING 2025 COUTURE collection. She looked pretty, but I wish that she wore a red ankle strap sandal.

Da'Vine Joy Randolph looked stunning in a custom TAMARA RALPH COUTURE strapless gown with a flowing silk-chiffon scarf.
