''The Buccaneers'' Season 2 NY Photocall

On Wednesday(June 11th) season two photocall of ''The Buccaneers'' was held at Louisa's at The Twenty Two in New York City.

Leighton Meester wore a GIAMBATTISTA VALLI SPRING 2025 white rosette neckline and floral fringe hem mini dress. I don't mind the detailed neckline but the floral fringe on the skirt is a bit much. Also, the shoes weren't a great choice. EFFY jewelry finished up her look..

Alisha Boe wore a NINA RICCI FALL 2025 black semi-sheer, lace and silk panel cutout dress. Detail wise, this dress has a lot going on that doesn't really work together. The neckline is a little too wide and I think the runway version looks slightly better. 

Christina Hendricks wore a BADGLEY MISCHKA gold & silver embellished, sequin and pailettes collard dress. The collar feels unnecessary, this is too heavy for the curent season and an off-the-shoulder hairstyle would have been a better choice. Also, I feel like she needed a black clutch instead of the gold. 

Imogen Waterhouse wore LOEWE SPRING 2025 black draped trousers with a black corset top and sheer opera gloves. I get the idea behind her look but the pieces don't work together. 

Kristine Froseth took a fashion risk by wearing a dress from the YOHJI YAMAMOTO SPRING 2025 collection. I just don't think Kristine is edgy enough to rock a dress like this, but kudos to her for this unique choice.
