Following the Critics Choice awards, Rose Bryne and more hit the red carpet for the 2026 New York Film Critics Circle Awards which was held at TAO Downtown on Tuesday(January 6th) in New York City.
Lupita Nyong'o wore the oxblood ALICE + OLIVIA 'Silas' velvet single-breasted blazer with the 'Kennedy' satin trousers. The color looked great on her indeed, but I wish that she didn't wear the matching lace top under the blazer. I think she could have pulled it off without a top underneath and the jacket buttoned up.
Wagner Moura wore a white single-breasted tuxedo. The creases are unfortunate, but I feel like a brooch or pocket square would have been a nice addition,
Chase Infiniti wore a CAROLINA HERRERA SPRING 2026 white and black ruffle tier dress. Whether you like ruffles or not, I feel like it was well executed here and Chase looked beautiful. Also, I am glad that she didn't wear black pumps because I think the white pumps were a better choice.
Rose Bryne also wore CAROLINA HERRERA, but her dress was from the label's RESORT 2026 collection. In the look book, the black strapless beaded midi dress was unlined, but it was lined for Rose which worked in her favor. On the beauty end, side parted tresses and a red lip complimented her great look.
