41st Santa Barbara International Film Festival: Virtuosos Award

On Sunday(February 8th) the 41st annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival: Virtuosos Award was held at The Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara, California.

Teyana Taylor came through looking like a beautiful mummy courtesy of ASHI STUDIO. The sleeves on her SPRING 2026 COUTURE piece are too long, but let's not forget, she knows how to sell fussy pieces like this. 

Chase Infiniti looked pretty wearing this LOUIS VUITTON creation. The shape of the skirt is weird and I'm not liking the asymmetrical hem, but somehow I am still drawn in. 

Sydney Sweeney wore a CEIL CHAPMAN gathered dress with OCTAVIA ELIZABETH jewelry. The inspiration behind her look is 'Marilyn Monroe,' but I'm not sold on this. The color is dull and her look doesn't excite. 

Amy Madigan wore a WILLY CHAVARRIA FALL 2026 ensemble and I like the pairing of the dark red boots with it. However, with the tie tucked in the jeans like that, she probably should have wore the jacket buttoned up. 

Wunmi Mosaku wore a BIBIRE red two-piece ensemble. Her beauty look is flawless and this red shiny hue looked fantastic on her. However, it's the fit and the fabric that is not working for me. 

Inga Ibsotter Lilleaas wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN FALL 2025 black strapless, ruffle evening dress. If the styling was better, this could have worked. A belt with a medium sized metallic buckle could have offered up some balance. Also, the black pumps are a snooze. Ankle strap sandals would have been better.
