On Friday(May 22nd) ''The Birthday Party'' screening was held during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
Eva Longoria looked beautiful in a TAMARA RALPH SPRING 2026 COUTURE white embellished strapless gown with a short train in the back. She tends to wear the same silhouette, but it's never boring.
Ariana Greenblatt wore custom chocolate brown off-the-shoulder gown by MIU MIU. I love the color, but not for her. I feel like she needed a softer shade.
Aishwarya Rai wore a custom AMIT AGGARWAL cobalt blue beaded gown with a satin scarf around her arms. I love the color on her, but this doesn't excite me like it should.
Gillian Anderson wore a MARY KATRANTZOU RESOR 2026 strapless dress which was shown in a mini version in the look book. Her longer version was perfect for the occasion.
Monica Bellucci wore a custom black embroidered FENDI FALL 2026 dress which was shown in a shorter version on the runway. Even thought she looked great, Monica's almost always wears black and they tend to look the same.
