On Monday(September 21st) Michelle Monaghan attended the Sony Pictures Classics and The Cinema Society host a special screening of 'Ha-Chan, Shake Your Booty' at the Crosby Street Hotel.
Summer is definitely done which means we are entering the fall season. For the occasion, she took the DOEN 'Zoelle' delicate silk satin slip dress with lace detailing, and grounded it with a pair of edgy black ankle boots.
When this style is done right, it can deliver the perfect mix of soft and sharp. However, that's not happening here. An oversized leather jacket or a distressed denim jacket over your shoulders would have kept this from looking like she was wearing night grown. Overall, I like the style direction but the execution is where she lost me.
