On Tuesday(October 13th) Cynthia Erivo hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Prima Facie'' during the 70th BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall in London.
The actress boldly transitioned into a vibrant, high-fashion aesthetic that made her standout. She wore a custom gown courtesy of PRADA and the canary-yellow silk satin bias-cut gown completely lit up the red carpet. Of course, this is a refreshing change from her character-coded green wardrobe from the 'Wicked' press tour.
While the fluid, sweeping train brought pure Hollywood glamour, the real talking point was the contrasting geometric, black grosgrain bows framing her neckline and shoulders. It was an edgy, boxy structural twist that someone like Cynthia can effortlessly pull off.
However, if I had to nitpick here, it would be about the ''seam nipples.'' It's really bugging me and has me on the fence about fully liking her look.
