On Wednesday(October 21st) Helen Mirren hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''A Talent For Murder'' which was held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater n New York City.
Helen ditched her usual go-to designer brands for an unexpected choice from avant-garde label MATIERES FECALES. Her FALL 2026 ensemble featured a black long-sleeve top with padded shoulders and a dramatic, waist-cinching pleated tulle and corseted skirt.
I love seeing Helen on the carpet because even though she tends to stick to the same silhouette, she has fun with it. My only quibble about her look here is the jewelry. She didn't need to wear the pearl earrings and necklace. It should have been either or.
Other than that, I thought she served us with a timeless, elegant look that suited her personal style. A pink lip, black pumps and a TYLER ELLIS clutch finished up her look. What do you think of Helen's all-black look?
