Following her attendance at the CHOGM forum, Meghan Markle attended the Women's Empowerment Reception during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting earlier today(April 19th) in London.

She stepped out wearing the BLACK HALO 'Jackie O' black knee length dress which features a draped neckline, cap sleeves and a belted waist. 

Her sleek, form fitted dress with teamed with a GUCCI clutch and the black AQUAZZURA 'Milano' tie around pumps. She finished up with a center part up-do and pink lips. Are you sold on Meghan's all black look?

Ariel Winter has been trying so hard to be sexy lately and she is such a beautiful girl so she doesn't need to. This dress is too tight and the styling doesn't look good. There are pieces that she can chose to exude that sexy, modern look without coming off like she is trying so hard.
