Sofia Carson in Givenchy at the Ford V Ferrari' LA Premiere

Sofia Carson joined Moran Atias on the red carpet yesterday evening(November 4th) for the premiere of FOX's 'Ford V Ferrari' at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

For the most part, we tend to see Sofia in voluminous, feminine dresses/gowns by Monique Lhuillier or Giambattista Valli but on this occasion, she went the masculine inspired route. 

She chose a GIVENCHY PRE-FALL 2019 black embellished, v-neck jumpsuit with a white & black lapel blazer thrown over her shoulders. I really wish she left the blazer out because it was not needed. 

However while it wasn't available to me, I did come across an image of her without the blazer which I prefer. BRUMANI jewelry, JIMMY CHOO pumps and her signature side parted ponytail rounded out her look. Do you think Sofia needed the blazer?

Joey King in Richard Quinn at the 2019 ELLE Women In Hollywood Celebration

Thanks to Jared Eng, Joey King's style has done a 360 this year and it shows no signs of slowing down. The young starlet attended the 2019 ELLE Women In Hollywood celebration at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills hotel last night(Ocotber 14th) in LA.

The event was in partnership with Ralph Lauren but Joey opted for a statement piece by RICHARD QUINN. Quinn is know for his romantic, but structured and sometimes sexy, statement floral pieces, which can also be weird in design but I think Joey chose the right look for her. 

The FALL 2019 black velvet catsuit was layered with a purple, green & white floral strapless bubble mini dress, which was accessorized with BRUMANI earrings and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals. 

On the runway the dress was layered with a matching pencil skirt underneath but thankfully it was left out. Joey owned this look and I adore it on her. A simple but flawless beauty look rounded out her look. Did Joey sell you on her look as well?

Following their attendance at the Directors Guild of America awards, Marina de Tavira and Yalitza Aparicio attended The Hollywood Reporter Oscar Nominees dinner last night(February 4th) at CUT Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA.

Marina de Tavira wore a REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2019 sheer black and blue velvet gown with a sweetheart neckline and billowed, three-quarter sleeves. I like the fullness of the skirt on the model but Marina sells the gown either way. She dressed up her gown with BRUMANI jewelry which topped off her look, along with an up-do.
