Laura Basci & de Sede Los Angeles Showroom Opening

On Saturday(September 23rd) the opening of the Laura Basci and de Sede Los Angeles Showroom took place in LA. The celebs in attendance wore LAURA BASCI of course. 

Olivia Munn wore a black and white tweed blazer with padded shoulders and the matching shorts with pockets which she utilized. Side parted tresses, a pink lip color and black pumps finished up her look. 

Darby Stanchfield wore a black sheer layered polka dot blouse with a bow detail which she styled with black trousers. The pants could have been hemmed but she still looked great. A center part ponytail and minimal finished up her look. 

Chelsea Kane wore a army green jacket and drop crotch pants with pockets which she utilized. Instead of wearing sandals or pumps, Chelsea opted for matching suede boots. Gold hoops, a short layered cut and minimal finished up her look.

Chelsea Kane in Tony Ward at the 44th Annie Awards

On hand as a presenter, Chelsea Kane attended the 44th annual Annie Awards which was held at the Royce Hall on Saturday(February 4th) in LA.

She hit the red carpet in a TONY WARD SPRING 2017 nude & pink fully beaded embroidered short layered tulle dress with a wavy skirt and three-quarter sleeves. To avoid a wash out, a red lip offset with a smokey eye was added to her beauty look. 

I like this dress but even with the red lip, I am not 100% sold on this color for her. Also her bob with bangs is cute but not with this dress which hits the tween border for the 28 year old. What do you think of Chelsea's look?

Chelsea Kane stepped out this evening(January 18th) for the 43rd People's Choice Awards at the Microsoft Theater L.A. Live in LA. 

She hit the red carpet in a TONY WARD SPRING 2017 black floral & lace embroidered dress with a bateau neckline, bracelet length sleeves, a belted waist, a side front high slit and a black bodysuit underneath for coverage.

I would have liked to see Chelsea with a red matte lip color but instead she opted for a glossy lip. For me, because we have see something similar before, it doesn't excite, it's just okay for me. A red clutch and a short bob with bangs finished up her look.

Kate Hudson & Chelsea Kane at the GLSEN Respect Awards

Kate Hudson and Chelsea Kane attended the GLSEN Respect Awards on Friday(October 21st) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. 

Kate Hudson hit the carpet in a TEMPERLEY LONDON SPRING 2017 three-quarter sleeve sequin culottes jumpsuits with a v-neckline. Her jumpsuit was styled with TACORI, DAUPHIN & COLETTE jewelry, a LEE SAVAGE clutch, GIANVITO ROSSI pumps. If this jumpsuit looks familiar, that's because Gemma Arterton just wore on October 13th in a different color way. Center part waves and a colored lip finished up her look. 

Chelsea Kane wore the SELF-PORTRAIT 'Prairie' floral cut-out lace embroidered midi-length dress which featured short-sleeves, side pockets, a nipped solid grosgrain waistband and a subtle flare skirt. If this looks familiar, that's because Bryce Dallas Howard wore it earlier this month on October 7th. I think this is a cute dress but just like on Bryce, I don't like the visibility of the nude underlining. A short bob with bangs and black pumps finished up her look.

68th Annual Director's Guild Awards Wrap-up

On Saturday(February 6th) the 68th Annual Director's Guild of America Awards took place at  Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in LA.

Stana Katic wore a ROKSANDA sleeveless black column dress with a contrasting cobalt blue & neon pink ruffled neckline. Instead of going with a simple sandal, Stana opted for pointy toe pumps. A black clutch and a high bun completed her look. 

Regina King rocked a white plunging neckline halter jumpsuit accessorized with DENA KEMP drop earrings and nude strappy sandals. A plunging neckline can be hard to pull off and for me it doesn't work here for. However I love her braided side swept hair do and bold magenta pout. 

Angela Bassett wore a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO SPRING 2016 black short sleeve long dress with a cut-out lace high neck top. While I am not too crazy about the top part of the dress, she looks beautiful. Statement jewelry, a slick up-do and a smokey eye completed her look.
