Instagram Style: Mindy Kaling in A.L.C.

Mindy Kaling has been having a lot of fun with fashion lately and I am here for it. She posted her new look to instagram on yesterday(January 26th).

She posed for the gram in a sleeveless navy printed sweater vest and a A.L.C. FALL 2020 brown pleated skirt. One thing about Mindy when she dresses, she is going to keep things interesting and fun.

Her accessories which featured a JW ANDERSON hat shoulder bag and TORY BURCH cow print clogs, added playful touches to her ensemble. This is a cute look in my opinion.

BRINKER & ELIZA, HART and ELISE PAIGE jewelry put the finishing touches on her look. What do you think of Mindy's instagram style?

Sylvia Hoeks in JW Anderson at the 'Waiting for the Barbarians' 76th Venice Film Festival Premiere

Along with Gana Bayarsaikhan, Sylvia Hoeks attended the 'Waiting for the Barbarians' premiere yesterday(September 6th) during the 76th Venice Film Festival at the Sala Grande in Venice, Italy.

Rocking a masculine look, she wore a JW ANDERSON FALL 2019 sleeveless dark green, draped jersey, crystal brooch top and black high-waist, wide-leg trousers. The top is also available in yellow and I almost wish she chose that hue.

Also the pants could have been hemmed but nonetheless, she still pulled this look off with ease. Minimal make-up and her her signature short cut rounded out her look.

Nicholas Kirkwood & China Chow hosted Matches Fashion Dinner

Last night(November 30th) Andrea Riseborough, Lake Bell, January Jones and Sylvia Hoeks attended the Nicholas Kirkwood & China hosted dinner for Matches Fashion in LA.

Andera Riseborough wore a silver metallic pleated jumpsuit which she toughen up with a black leather moto jacket with fringe sleeves. She topped off her look with minimal make-up and the NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Lola' pumps.

Lake Bell wore an ADEAM FALL 2017 black asymmetrical ruffle & lace panel top and L'AGENCE 'Lorelei' high rise jeans. Straight tresses, a black clutch and the NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Leda' black suede pumps topped off her great look.

January Jones was the stand out here wearing a ALEXANDRA RICH FALL 2017 long sleeve red ankle length dress with a mock neckline, contrasting white buttons on the shoulders and a belted waist. Love this dress on January which she styled with the NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Zaha' sandals.

Sylvia Hoeks wore a J. W. ANDERSON FALL 2017 gold jacquard knit, flare knit dress with asymmetrical short sleeves and hem. There were no frontal images of Sylvia in this dress but from what I can see, I thought she wore it well. The NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Penelope' pearl sandals, a colored lip and light waves finished up her look.

'Wind River' LA Premiere Wrap-up

Along with Elizabeth Olsen, Kelsey Asbille, Maggie Grace & Julia Jones hit the red carpet at the premiere of 'Wind River' at The Theater, Ace Hotel in LA.

Kelsey Asbille wore a J.W.ANDERSON FALL 2017 black long dress with contrasting brown suede, buckle straps and a pleated draped skirt. Kelsey looked simply great and I like this dress more on her than the model. A colored lip, side waves, EVA FEHREN earrings and TAMARA MELLON sandals finished up her look.

Maggie Grace rocked an all black edgy look which featured a silk, lace panel camisole with a blazer over her shoulders and a leather mini skirt. The hair looks a tad matronly but she owned her look.

Julia Jones a navy sheer long sleeve beaded mini dress styled with nude & silver paneled pumps. Off-the-shoulder waves, minimal make-up and silver jewelry finished up her look.

Dakota Johnson in Shaina Mote at the Panthere de Cartier Watch Party

Dakota Johnson posed for pictures on Friday(May 5th) at the Panthere de Cartier Watch collection launch party at Milk Studios in LA.

Dakota didn't wear a GUCCI dress but she did wear sandals from the brand with her SHAINA MOTE SPRING 2017 black pleated panel dress. In the look book, Dakota's dress was shown in a color-block version which I prefer.

Accessorized with CARTIER jewelry & a J.W. ANDERSON clutch, she finished up her look with medium tresses with bangs and a espresso smokey eye. Which version of the dress do you prefer, Dakota's or the look book's?

Jennifer Lopez in Celine & J. W. Anderson at NBC's 'World Of Dance' Photo Op

Jennifer Lopez continues to expand her empire and she is producing a another show for NBC titled the 'World of Dance'. On yesterday(January 25th) attended a photo op for the show posing alongside the judges dancer Derek Hough, singer-songwriter-dancer Ne-Yo and actress-dancer Jenna Dewan Tatum(not shown) at the NBC Universal Lot in Universal City, California.

She posed on the red carpet wearing a CELINE ivory long sleeve ruffled turtleneck and a J. W. ANDERSON FALL 2016 tier, fold detail mini skirt. Beauty wise, she kept it simple with side parted waves and a smokey eye offset with a nude lip.

I think this is a cute ensemble but I don't like the styling. I actually prefer the way the skirt is folded on the runway as it has a more chicer appeal. Also I would ditch the CASADEI platform pumps for a ankle bootie style. Does the styling of JLo's look work for you?

Marion Cotillard in J.W. Anderson & Christian Dior Couture at the It's Only The End of The World 69th Cannes Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Following her previous outing, Marion Cotillard attended the It's Only The End of The World (Juste La Fin Du Monde) photocall & premiere during the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

At the photocall she wore a J.W. ANDERSON FALL 2016 long sleeve black sheer and gold studded shirt with a button front bib and a black pleated tier maxi skirt. I feel like this look had potential to work but the styling killed that. I just don't think these pieces work together. Also I don't like the pointy toe ankle boots with this.

For the premiere, she slipped into a CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE strapless black split neck bustier dress layered with a crepe & satin tie waist skirt. Love her beauty look but I am not a fan of this dress. I like the idea of it but I think it's the material that's putting me off. Also I think a statement strappy sandal would have worked better.

Does either of Marion's look work for you?
