Rumer Willis has been promoting her appearance on the hit tv show 'Empire' and following her panel discussion at the Build Series, she was spotted leaving Kola House in New York. 

The singer/actress stepped out in the ALICE + OLIVIA SPRING 2017 'Ava' floral maxi dress with a v-neckline and a contrasting black lace in the back.
