Instagram Style: Jhene Aiko in Lionne for the Lionne FW21 Show

We might not see a lot of Jhene Aiko's style but when we do, it's a serve. Her stylist Casey ''iCon'' Billingsley posted her new look on instagram yesterday(August 15th). 

She attended the Lionne FW21 show so naturally she posed in a look from the designer's collection. She rocked a sexy stripe crop top and a yellow thigh-high split maxi skirt from the SPRING 2021 collection. The top has a sexy, business like vibe and the the waistband on the skirt adds a sporty touch. 

While I don't like how the skirt is draped at the top of the split, again, this is one sexy look that she is doing a great job of selling. I love the blue stripe combo against the yellow, the perfect color marriage. A ponytail with tendrils, a blue LIDIA MAY bag and GIANVITO ROSSI sandals put the finishing touches on her look.

We don't see enough of Jhene Aiko but when we do, she always looks gorgeous. Her stylist iCON Billingsley posted her new look on instagram this evening(July 1st). 

She posed for the gram in floral ATOIR ensemble which featured the ''Hali'' dress and the matching ''Barbados'' wide-leg pants. A printed ensemble like this can be hard to pull off but this dress and pants comb worked together perfectly. 

The pants could have easily swallowed her petite frame but she pulled it off with ease. Also the background makes a difference on how your look can visibly be interpreted and Jhene posed in a nice location outside. A simple but flawless beauty look and gold jewelry completed her look.

Gabrielle Union, La La & Jhene Aiko at VH1's 3rd Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Moms

Yesterday evening(May 3rd) Gabrielle Union, La La and Jhene Aiko attended VH1's 3rd Annual Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Moms at The Theatre, Ace Hotel in LA.

Gabrielle Union wore a BROCK COLLECTION SPRING 2018 black floral & lace floor length dress with puffy, ruffle panel short sleeves. On the runway, she sleeves were shown up but Gabrielle modernized her look & gave it a sultry feel by wearing them down. Minimal make-up and a ponytail finished up her beautiful look. 

La La wore a purple jacquard REDEMPTION FALL 2017 long sleeve mini dress with a plunging neckline and a draped, bow detail waist panel. La La had the plunging neckline shorten which I think worked in her favor. However I wish she wore a strappy sandal over those black SCHUTZ pumps. 

Jhene Aiko who performed at the event with her daughter, was season ready in this MISBHV SPRING 2018 one long sleeve white, purple, green & blue floral velvet dress with a mock neckline, ruched side and a asymmetrical hem. She offset her dress with silver & clear perspex sandals. A shimmery silver box clutch and slick side parted ponytail finished up her look.

2018 Daily Front Row Fashion LA Awards

Last night(April 9th) the 2018 Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards took place at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. 

Brigette Lundy-Paine wore a COACH PRE-FALL 2018 printed ruffle & lace panel, embroidered v-neck dress which was accessorized with a small blue top handle bag and metallic boots from the same collection. The printed dress makes a statement but the accessories adds to the appeal of her look.

Kiersey Clemons also wore a COACH PRE-FALL 2018 dress. Her short sleeve printed lace panel dress was teamed with a black small bag & ankle strap pumps. I love her shaved head which topped off her look along with pink lips.

Rowan Blanchard wore a COACH PRE-FALL 2018 dress as well which she teamed with a black bag and neutral color sandals. I would probably swap out the bag for a brown or neutral shade but she still looked great.

Chanel Beauty House Party Wrap-up

Kristen Stewart, Tessa Thompson and more attended the Chanel Beauty House and @WELOVECOCO party at the Chanel Beauty House last night(February 28th) in LA. All of the guest were wearing CHANEL of course. 

Kiernan Shipka wore a SPRING 2018 light blue & white feathered short sleeve dress which stopped above her knees and featured a square neckline. Instead of wearing neutral or white sandals, she opted for black which topped off her look along with a blue shoulder bag. 

Jhene Aiko wore a RESORT 2018 black & gold printed silk dress with a gathered waist & the matching cape. If this looks familiar, that's because Ellie Bamber wore it first in June 2018. Accessorized with a gold clutch & navy sandals, a side parted ponytail finished up her great look. 

Sasha Lane keep casual in a short sleeve printed tweed dress with a v-neckline. Sasha could have easily wore pumps or sandals with this dress but I like that she opted for black lace-up oxfords.

Jhene Aiko rocked a long sleeve printed robe dress with a belted waist by FOR RESTLESS SLEEPERS. SCHUTZ sandals, an ANNDRA NEEN clutch and center part straight tresses finished up her great look.

LaLa turned to what seems to be her favorite designer, THAI NGUYEN. She wore a see-through long sleeve beaded ankle length dress with an asymmetrical neckline. She looks great but this is giving me deja vue.
