Bebe Rexha in La Perla at the 60th Grammy Awards

On hand as a performer, Bebe Rexha hit the red carpet yesterday evening(January 28th) at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden in New York.

She posed on the carpet wearing a LA PERLA blush pink, intricately beaded-fringe gown. This is a pretty gown that suits Bebe's style but the fit on the bust is bad.  

It appears nude tulle fabric was added for extra coverage but it doesn't look great. She finished up with LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry, a EDIE PARKER clutch and a side parted straight bob. What do you think of Bebe's gown?

Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig & Hong Chau at the 'Downsizing' LA Premiere

Yesterday evening(December 18th) Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig and Hong Chau hit the white carpet at the Omaha Steaks sponsored premiere of 'Downsizing' at the Regency Village Theatre in LA. 

Laura Dern went the dark route wearing a VASSILIS ZOULIAS FALL 2017 black long sleeve velvet & lace panel dress with a tie neckline and a belted waist. I don't mind that she lined the skirt for coverage but the LA PERLA bra underneath doesn't work for me. Also the dress has a lot going on and I don't think the LOUBOUTIN boots coordinates with it. I like that she is stepping up in the style department but the end results seems to fall flat. FERNANDO JORGE jewelry, side parted waves and a red lip finished up her look. 

Kristen Wiig wore a black & white floral MARC JACOBS SPRING 2018 one-shoulder floor length dress with a draped shoulder panel that flows into a train and a split detail. I like this dress because it's a standout piece. She doesn't wow in it but it was a great choice. AS29, MAXIOR JOIAS & JENNIFER MEYER jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals finished up her look. 

Hong Chau sparkled in a ALEX PERRY RESORT 2018 silver long sleeve sequin midi dress which was accessorized with a white clutch and white CASADEI satin pumps. Instead of going with a colored lip, she opted for a natural nude lip which was offset with a silver smokey eye. A complimentary up-do and silver earrings finished up her look.

Gwyneth Paltrow in La Perla at the La Perla Pre-Fall 2018 Presentation & Dinner

Last night(November 27th) Gwyneth Paltrow attended the La Perla Pre-Fall 2018 runway presentation and dinner at The Lobster Club in NYC. 

Wearing LA PERLA of course, she wore a SPRING 2018 black stretch wool jacket with Swarovski embroidered belt detail which she paired with black wide-leg trousers. 

GP went braless under her jacket which gave her look a flirty touch. While I do like this suit, the pants needed to be hemmed. Smokey eyes and center part waves finished up her look.

'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets' LA World Premiere Wrap-up

Rihanna & Cara Delevingne and more attended the 'Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets' World Premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre yesterday evening(July 17th) in Hollywood, CA.

Poppy Delevingne was on hand of course to support sister Cara wearing a long sleeve black ZUHAIR MURAD PRE-FALL 2017 sequin jumpsuit with a deep v-neckline and a belted waist. A CHANEL logo bag, GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI pumps, JOHN HARDY jewelry, a center part up-do and gold hoops finished up her look. 

Skai Jackson wore a off-the-shoulder MARCHESA NOTTE RESORT 2018 soft pink cocktail dress with a satin, bow detail bodice and a pearl beaded tulle skirt. Sometimes Skai's tends to wear looks that are too mature but I think this suits her. 

Kendall Jenner wore a CARMEN MARCH SPRING 2017 black off-the-shoulder crinkle mini dress with long sleeves and split shoulders. I thought she looked great with exception of her black pumps.

Mary J. Blige in La Perla Couture at the 2017 MET Gala

Taking a break from promoting her new album, Mary J. Blige hit the carpet at the Rei Kawakubo Comme des Garcons-Art of the In-Between 2017 MET Costume Institute Gala this evening(May 1st) at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York.  

Working her left leg, she wore a custom LA PERLA COUTURE corseted column gown in stretch tulle, latex lace, and silk cady which perfectly links to the brand's lingerie heritage.

Beauty wise, she rocked a short, side parted edgy cut and smokey eyes offset with a nude lip. A pop of color cam via her blue clutch which topped off her look along with LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and black sandals.

Kendall Jenner in La Perla Couture at the 2017 MET Gala

Kendall Jenner showed a lot of skin this evening(May 1st) at the Rei Kawakubo Comme des Garcons-Art of the In-Between 2017 MET Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York. 

She worked her frame in a custom LA PERLA HAUTE COUTURE sleeveless black all-over crystal draped gown in dégradé shades, complete with a barely-there painted macramé bodysuit. 

Working a sultry look like this, I wish she went with a strappy sandal lover the LOUBOUTIN mesh pumps. A vibrant red lip and side swept tresses finished up her look. Are you feeling Kendall's sexy look?

Here is a little background info on Kendall's custom look, it was created with 85,000 hand painted and placed crystals, in a culmination of over 160 hours of work, spanning 5 cities and 26 craftsmen. Each hand painted crystal is placed en dégradé, creating a flow of color from Diamond into Jet Hematite and finishing off in Jet Black.

Kendall Jenner in La Perla at the La Perla Milan Flagship Boutique Opening

Earlier today(February 23rd) Kendall Jenner attended the La Perla new flagship boutique opening in Milan during Milan Fashion Week. The British Garden inspired decor for the evening payed homage to the brand's Fall 2017 collection which was unveiled at the opening.

The model was head to toe in LA PERLA SPRING 2017 which featured the Autografo Bodysuit in blush with the matching bi-stretch silk skinny pant and two-tone calfskin sandals.

The bottoms sticking out of her pants is not my cup of tea but this look suits. Accessorized with only a FENDI pink & light blue chain strap bag, she finished up her look with a nude fur, minimal make-up and a center part ponytail. What do you think of Kendall's look?

2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women Party Wrap-up

On Friday(January 27th) the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party took place at Sunset Tower in LA. To see all of the celebs looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Ciara showed off her growing baby bump wearing a RHEA COSTA black long sleeve velvet off-the-shoulder dress with a center front split and a contrasting satin tie waist. Even though a colored lip wouldn't have hurt, she stilled looked very pretty. GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals, off-the-shoulder straight tresses and a choker & cross necklace finished up her look.

Nicole Richie wore a black CHRISTIAN DIOR tie off-the-shoulder floor length dress. The sleeves looks a little too loos but I do like the dress. A sleek, complimentary up-do, wing tip eyes and SARAH FLINT heels finished up her look.

Peyton List looked really cute in the MARTHA MEDEIROS ‘Nadia Tata’ long sleeve powder blue lace embroidered mini dress with a matching floral neckline. The lip is a bit dark with this  light colored dress but she still looked cute. RANDALL SCOTT fine jewelry, a metallic clutch & ankle strap pumps and a complimentary up-do topped off her look.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson & Demi Moore at the Goop Gift Celebration

On Wednesday(November 30th) in LA, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson and Demi Moore attended the opening of goop GIFT, a brand-new pop-up concept that brings goop’s wildly popular gift guide to life. The evening began with cocktails at goop GIFT, an expansive space in the Brentwood Country Mart designed by Kate McCollough, where guests were able to shop goop-approved holiday gifts, including a curated selection of La Perla and enjoy small bites from Annie Campbell Catering and Roe Caviar. 

Gwyneth Paltrow kept it simple in an all black ensemble from the LA PERLA SPRING 2017 collection which featured a corset jacket and the matching legging. Center part straight tresses, light make-up, a statement bracelet and black pumps finished up her look. 

Kate Hudson was my favorite of the three, she looked lovely in a black ruffled off-the-shoulder belted maxi dress. The dress looked a tad long but that didn't take away from how great she looked. A complimentary up-do and red lip finished up her look. 

Demi Moore wore a black sweatshirt & overalls which she styled with a black leather shearling jacket, a black shoulder bag and shimmery ankle boots. I don't know what's going on with Demi's look here but she looks happy.

62nd London Evening Standard Theatre Awards Wrap-up

Helen McCrory wore a ERDEM FALL 2016 sheer printed velvet v-neck gown with a black lace LA PERLA underneath. Helen modified her gown by shorten the v-neckline and adding a sheer illusion panel to it. The shorter neckline works but I am not a fan of the bra showing & the sheer panel. 

Ellie Bamber wore a printed sheer black CHANEL ankle length dress with a scoop neck back. She doesn't look bad but I am not excited by this look. Her dress was adorned with a beaded pin which was topped off with a colored lip, center part tresses, black sandals and a Chanel clutch. 

Ruth Wilson also wore ERDEM but her dress is from SPRING 2017 making this her second look from this collection. Her floor length three-quarter sleeve halter dress featured cold-shoulders which she teamed with black platform sandals. Ruth's exact dress wasn't featured on the runway but this dress works on her.

Tiffany & Co. Unveiling of The Newly Renovated Beverly Hills Store & 2016 Tiffany Masterpieces Debut

Last night(October 13th) in LA, Tiffany & Co. celebrated the unveiling of their newly renovated Beverly Hills Store on Rodeo Drive and the debut of 2016 Tiffany Masterpiece collection. All of the celeb guest were wearing TIFFANY & CO jewelry of course. 

Halle Berry stepped out in an all black look which featured a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN two-piece suit with an sheer stripe BALMAIN shirt underneath. Her look was accessorized with two necklaces, earrings and a prism ring from the Tiffany Masterpieces collection.

Camilla Belle wore a MONIQUE LHUILLIER SPRING 2017 mint metallic Chantilly lace midi dress with cut out shoulders, flared skirt and a contrasting black tie waist. I like the dress and I thought it looked great on her but I can't get on board with that hairstyle. She topped off her look with silver metallic sandals and diamond & aquamarine jewels.

Kate Hudson wore a CUSHNIE ET OCHS SPRING 2017 pink sleeveless wide-leg jumpsuit which was styled with an CINQ A SEPT coat, an EDIE PARKER clutch and BRIAN ATWOOD heels. This would have been a good look for Kate had she gotten the pants hemmed. Her look was topped off with $195,000 diamond necklace from the Tiffany Masterpieces collection, a $135,000 gold & diamond bracelet and a ring with a pink tourmaline and diamonds.
