'Joker' LA Premiere

The cast and more hit the green carpet for the 'Joker' premiere on Saturday(September 28th) at the Chinese Theater in LA. 

Zazie Beetz served up a sultry look, wearing the CHRISTOPHER KANE FALL 2019 black crystal lace & mesh panel midi dress which we first saw on Nicole Kidman in April 2019. The only thing that's a put off here is the sheer illusion nude panel under the cutouts on the waist. However I am still liking this look on her. Her light makeup look and pull back, braided ponytail allowed her look to shine as it should.

'Game of Thrones' Final Season NY Premiere

The final season of the 'Game of Thrones' will soon debut and the premiere took place this evening(April 3rd) at Radio City Music Hall in New York. 

Emilia Clarke wore a semi-sheer tulle gown from the VALENTINO FALL 2019 collection. The gown was unlined on the runway but the addition of the lining for Emilia, worked. However it's the make-up that I find confusing. The vampy look is most likely an ode to the show but she should have either gone with the eyes or the lips. The heavy eyes & lips don't work together.

Nicole Kidman, Amber Heard & Lisa Bonet at the 'Aquaman' LA Premiere

Yesterday evening(December 12th) Nicole Kidman, Amber Heard and Lisa Bonet hit the carpet for the 'Aquaman' premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

Nicole Kidman wore a GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE FALL 2018 white embellished, ruffle tier halter gown with contrasting black pipping. While I am not crazy about the hairstyle, she sells this playful, feminine gown. 

Amber Heard turned up the sexy, in this edgy, warrior inspired JULIEN MACDONALD piece. Her SPRING 2019 long sleeve olive green, fully embellished gown, featured structured shoulders and sheer panels. An off-the-shoulder hairstyle, smokey eyes and emerald stone earrings finished up her look. 

Lisa Bonet was on hand to support husband Jason Momoa wearing a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN FALL 2018 black & red embroidered, fringe panel dress. While she could have easily gone with pumps or sandals, I love that she toughen up her look with the black platform boots.

Gal Gadot, Amber Heard & Lisa Bonet at the 'Justice League' LA Premiere

Last night(November 13th) attended the world premiere of Justice League at The Dolby Theater in LA.

Gal Gadot made a shiny entrance wearing a ALTUZARRA SPRING 2018 gold sequin embroidered dress with a cutout bodice, tie waist and split detail. While this is not a bad look, this is just okay for me. Maybe a colored lip and/or statement sandal could have enhanced it. 

Amber Heard wore a black beaded cutout ATELIER VERSACE SPRING 2017 gown with a thigh-high split and a train detail. A sexy strappy sandal would have been ideal over the black pumps. A edgy beauty look finished up her sultry look. 

Lisa Bonet was on hand to support her hubby Jason Mamoa. She stood out in a vibrant red ALEXANDER MCQUEEN gown with a gold beaded embroidered bodice. A complimentary beauty look and black sandals finished up her look.

22nd Annual Critics' Choice Awards Wrap-up

Last night(December 11th) the 22nd Annual Critics' Choice Awards took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, CA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Naomie Harris wore a black strapless STELLA MCCARTNEY layered dress with flap pockets and a sheer organza floor length skirt. This reminds me of that Dior piece that Emma Stone wore to the SAG awards in 2015. A CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA clutch, NEIL RODGERS sandals, pulled back tresses and smokey eyes finished up her look.

Kylie Bunbury for the hit series 'Pitch', looked lovely in a green KAYAT SPRING 2016 draped chiffon gown with double straps and a high split. Her dress was shown in the look book with a matching sheer chiffon cape which she opted not to wear & did not need.

Evan Rachel Wood who walked away a winner, loves her suits so it is no surprise seeing her rocking this ALTUZARRA PRE-FALL 2017 black belted two-piece suit. LOUBOUTIN black satin pumps, minimal make-up and a short side parted cut finished up her look.

'Game of Thrones' Season 6 LA Premiere Wrap-up

Lena Headey stepped out in a printed CAROLINA HERRERA RESORT 2016 floor length dress with a ruffle v-neckline & sleeves and a matching sash. A short haircut, pink lips and gold drop earrings completed her look. 

Amanda Peet wore a OSCAR DE LA RENTA FALL 2016 sleeveless light blue & turquoise printed metallic jacquard dress. On the runway, the dress stops at the calf on the model but on Amanda it comes to her ankle. I guess she is just shorter than the model. While I do prefer the runway length, this is not a bad look. A sleek bun, drop earrings, a metallic box clutch and the PRADA wavy strap sandal completed her look. 

Nathalie Emmanuel wore the JITROIS 'Aleks' Bespoke sleeveless mock neck dress with a back split detail. I haven't been fan of Nathalie looks this year but I like this minimalistic look. A colored lip, a curly up-do, a JIMMY CHOO clutch and ANITA KO jewelry finished up her look.
