79th Cannes Film Festival 'Hope' Photocall

Following the premiere, HoYeon, Alicia Vikander, Michael Fassbender and Taylor Russell attended the ''Hope'' photocall during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals on Monday(May 18th) in Cannes, France.

HoYeon showed off her midriff in a LOUIS VUITTON ivory knit crop top with the matching mini skirt. Instead of wearing sandals or loafers, she opted for black leather knee boots to top off her look. 

Alicia Vikander also wore LOUIS VUITTON. She looked pretty in a pleated collard dress with a tie-waist.

79th Cannes Film Festival 'Hope' Premiere

Michael Fassbender, Alicia Vikander, Taylor Russell and HoYeon hit the red carpet at the ''Hope'' premiere during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals on Sunday(May 17th) in Cannes, France. 

Michael Fassbender wore a classic double-breasted tuxedo by BERLUTI. He looked great but the panted needed to be hemmed. 

Alicia Vikander wore a LOUIS VUITTON soft pink halter dress. I like this but I feel like jewelry is missing. 

Taylor Russell wore a custom CHRISTIAN DIOR white strapless crepe printed satin panel dress with a bustle detail in the back. I usually love her red carpet looks, but I'm not feeling this one, especially the back. Also, she needed an open-toe heel instead of those bridal pumps. 

HoYeon looked pretty wearing a beaded dress by LOUIS VUITTON. The color is not my favorite on her, but generally speaking, she still pulled it off.

2026 British Academy Film Awards Gala

On Thursday(February 12th) some celebs hit the red carpet for the 2026 BAFTA Invest in Talent Gala which was held at The Chancery Rosewood in London.

Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender both wore looks by LOUIS VUITTON. Alicia opted for a grey strapless gown with side pockets which she utilized. It's not the most exciting look, but she does look pretty. Michael wore a classic black tuxedo but the crooked tie is bugging me.

'Black Bag' London Premiere

Following the New York premiere, Naomie Harris and the rest of the ''Black Bag'' hit the red carpet for another premiere on Tuesday(March 11th) which was held at the Curzon Mayfair in London

Cate Blanchett wore a LOUIS VUITTON FALL 2023 with detailed sleeves and a cutout in the front, and the back. I can tell you this, I love the boots, but I am not sold on the design of the dress. It just has too much going on, but her is a little better than the runway version.

'Black Bag' NY Premiere

Yesterday evening(March 9th) in New York, the cast of ''Black Bag'' hit the black carpet for the premiere which was held at the AMC Lincoln Square theatre. 

Naomie Harris posed in a SUKEINA two-tone knit embroidered dress that was see-through and featured a fringe hem along with black beading. I am glad that the white collar piece was left out because this dress has a lot going on design. The fit is perfect, but the beading across the crotch was unnecessary. Although, I am not sold on the design, generally speaking she is pretty.

Giorgio Armani Collaborates with 20th Century Fox on the Wardrobe for 'The Counselor'

GIORGIO ARMANI has teamed up with 20th Century Fox to create the wardrobe for the lead characters in the highly anticipated upcoming movie 'The Counselor'.

Costume Designer Janty Yates worked with Mr. Armani to develop the style  for the characters in the movie who will be wearing pieces from the Emporio Armani collection. Michael Fassbender who plays the lead in the movie, will wear select Emporio Armani suits throughout the trailer. 

His wardrobe consist of a one-button peak lapel navy suit along with a two-button notch lapel cream suit  and a one-button narrow lapel light grey suit. All of Michael's look will be styled with a variety of shirt & neck tie options. His other wardrobe looks will be Emporio Armani day-wear and casual Armani jeans.

The film also stars Penelope Cruz who will be wearing select Emporio Armani pieces that will include a custom three-quarter sleeve, knee length dress in bright scarlet with a matching cardigan. A white trench coat will top off her look.

The Counselor is about a greedy lawyer(Michael Fassbender) who finds himself  in over his head when he decides to dive into the drug trafficking world. The film also stars Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Javier Bardem & Rosie Perez, under the direction of Ridley Scott. The movie hits theaters on October 25th. For more details about the film, click here.
