Instagram Style: Leslie Grace in Prabal Gurung at the ''In the Heights'' Screening

Last week on June 8th before the film's premiere, fashion designer Prabal Gurung hosted a screening for ''In the Heights'' in NYC at the Empire Theatre and her stylists Wayman + Micah posted her look on instagram. 

Wearing PRABAL GURUNG of course, she wore a FALL 2021 white leg-o-mutton sleeve shirt and a red ruffle peplum dress with a contrasting black waistband & straps and a ruched side front split. 

From the details on the dress and the statement top, there is a lot going on with this look. I like the simpler shirt with this dress versus what was shown in the look book. I don't really like the ruched, asymmetrical split and I feel the dress would have been better without it.  

Overall, with the exception of the NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD pumps, I only like the top half of this look. She looked gorgeous waist up. What do you think of Leslie's instagram style?

Throughout this whole pandemic, Mindy Kaling has been serving looks for instagram and she recently posted two new looks, and of course she looked great. 

1st Look:

Letitia Wright is no stranger to wearing power suits on the carpet and the 'Black Panther' star tends to deliver. She was on hand this evening(April 22nd) for the 'Avengers: Endgame' premiere at the LA Convention Center in LA.

She hit the purple carpet wearing a GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE SPRING 2019 couture silver herringbone two-piece power suit. Thankfully she ditched the runway top because it was not needed. 

Her shiny suit was accessorized with silver jewelry and NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD sandals. Opting not to add a colored lip to her beauty look, she finished up with a natural look.

Issa Rae, Marsai Martin and Regina Hall were hitting the circuit hard to promote their new film 'Little' and on Saturday(April 6h) they stopped by the Jacob Javits Center for the at 2019 Beautycon Festival Day 1 in New York City.

Issa Rae rocked an masculine inspired look which featured a THE ROW PRE-FALL 2018 nude long trench, with a white tank underneath and the matching trousers. The pants needed to be hemmed but this still is a great look. 

Marsai Martin stood out between the three, wearing a vibrant RALPH & RUSSO yellow power suit, featuring culottes pants and a WOLFORD bodysuit. I am on the fence about the matching eye make-up but I love her braids and she still looked great as well. NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD sandals finished up her look. 

Regina Hall showed some legs wearing the ZIMMERMANN SWIM RESORT 2019 'Juno' black frill & polka dot mini dress. A pop of color came via her red lips which topped off her look along with side parted tresses and black sandals.

Following her attendance at the Image awards, Marsai Martin joined Issa Rae in New York for an appearance on Good Morning America to discuss their new film 'Little' this morning(April 1st).

Joining the many female celebs rocking power suits, Marsai chose a statement ensemble from the SIES MARJAN SPRING 2019 collection. I love this printed suit even, with the matching printed shirt. 

I do prefer the crop look of the pants on the model but the length on Marsai doesn't look bad, it just needed to be hemmed. Her signature curls & glasses, and NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD sandals finished up her look.

Yaltiza Aparicio has served up a lot of great looks for her first awards season. Her stylist Sophie Lopez posted to her instagram page today(February 1st) her most recent look. 

She posed for the gram wearing a gold ALFREDO MARTINEZ FALL 2018 long sleeve velvet dress, which was belted at the waist, and featured padded shoulders, and a draped pleated panel. While the brooch isn't extremely missed, I do wish she kept it. 

The dress makes more of an impact on the runway but it fits Yalitza nicely. However if I had to change anything, it would be those black NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD pumps, for an metallic ankle strap heel. Although, the matching boots works so much better on the runway but I don't think Yalitza could have pulled it off. DEAN DAVIDSON earrings, red lips and a ponytail rounded out her look. Rosa Salazar in Mulberry at the 'Bird Box' New York Premiere

Rosa Salazar caught my eye as she posed for pictures at the special screening of 'Bird Box' yesterday evening(December 17th) at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York.

The actress who is one of the stars in the film, wore the MULBERRY FALL 2018 'Mila' white floral dress, which featured a white solid yoke panel and a fur trimmed bodice & sleeves. She also wore rose peach, large twist pearl earrings which is from the fashion house as well.  

I am not sure how some might feel about the fur trim detail but I actually like it. From the side on the model, it almost comes off as a crop fur jacket but the detail adds a unique, chic appeal to her floral dress. Julia Garner, Jordana Spiro & Sofia Hublitz at the 'Ozark' Season 2 LA Screening

Yesterday evening(August 23rd) Julia Garner, Jordana Spiro and Sofia Hublitz hit the red carpet for a special screening of Netflix's 'Ozark' Season Two in LA.

Julia Garner looked great in this MIU MIU black dress which stopped above her knees. It was the cutout, jewel embellished neckline which kept her dress interesting. A bold red lip, sleek up-do and black NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD 'Mira' pumps finished up her look. 

Jordana Spiro wore a THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE shimmery green calf length dress, featuring three-quarter sleeves with ruffle cuffs and a ruffle hem. We have already seen this dress on the carpet in different color-ways and Elisabeth Moss wore a similar green version last year. However she still looked great.

Sofia Hublitz went a dark route, wearing a CHRISTIAN DIOR black long sleeve, layered lace dress which was accessorized with a selection of silver rings. The hair should have been up or off-the-shoulder but this is not a bad look. The pink center part waves which finished up her look, added a simple contrast of color to her look.
