Rooney Mara returned to the red carpet for the premiere of ''The Voice of Hind Rajab'' during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday(September 3rd) in Venice, Italy. 

When it comes to displaying consistency on the red carpet, you can count on Rooney to do just that. She is going to eight wear some black or white. On this occasion, she chose something black courtesy of GIVENCHY.

Her FALL 2025 strapless layered mini dress, featured a cape detail in the back. This hits the tween border but it's definitely a look that is right up her style alley. However, I kinda wish this was a little longer on her.  

On the beauty end, she stayed true to her routine, opting for her signature natural makeup look and a slick back up-do to top off her look. Are you feeling Rooney's all black look?

Ariana Greenblatt wore a custom LOUIS VUITTON dark green, structured gown with a strapless bodice. I can't say that the shape is working for me, maybe because it's a side view. Also, I dislike the pointy seam on the bust. I love the color though. 

Emma Stone of course wore custom LOUIS VUITTON as well, but I think her dress looks ten times betted from the back then it does from the front.

Wearing two different GIVENCHY looks, Rooney Mara returned to the carpet in Berlin, Germany for the photocall and premiere of ‘La Cocina’ during 74th Berlin International Film Festival on Friday(February 16th).

For the photocall, she wore a SPRING 2024 black suit. An over-sized blazer like this with padded shoulders could be tough to pull off, but it's working perfectly on Rooney. She doesn't do much beauty wise or wear any jewelry, but on this occasion, it wasn't missed.

Yesterday evening(November 14th) Vanessa Kirby and Rooney Mara hit the red carpet for the world premiere of ''Napoleon'' which was held at Salle Pleyel in Paris.

Vanessa Kirby wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN RESORT 2024 one-shoulder black & gold embroidered dress with a side train panel. The fit on the bust could have been better but you can't deny how great she looked here.  

Rooney Mara wore a DOLCE & GABBANA black two-piece ensemble. This is simple and boring. A colored lip and/or statement jewelry would have made this a bit more exciting.

Claire Foy looked great wearing a red VALENTINO RESORT 2023 dress. The placement of the cutout bows on the sides maybe in a weird place but it helps to keep this dress interesting. A coordinating red lip and AQUAZZURA sandals completed her look.

Following her attendance at the Gotham awards, Rooney Mara along with Irina Shayk and Stella Maxwell attended the premiere of ''Nightmare Alley'' yesterday evening(December 1st) in New York

Rooney Mara of course wore all black, a custom ALEXANDER MCQUEEN floral & lace bustier dress and a cropped tailored jacket. Rooney is never one to wear any jewelry, makeup or do anything interesting with her hair. However I feel like a colored lip and/or some sparkly jewelry would have liven up this look.

Irina Shayk wore a sexy, custom BURBERRY suit. I am not sure what's going on with the cutout bodysuit underneath but it almost looks like suspenders and I believe it is somehow connected the pants. Other than that, it's a great suit. 

Stella Maxwell alo wore a custom BURBERRY look. I am not feeling the design of the top and I think that she should have gone with sandals. I think it's the sleeves that is bugging me.

On hand to support partner Joaquin Phoenix, Rooney Mara attended the 92nd Annual Academy Awards at the Hollywood and Highland in LA on Sunday(February 9th).

Rooney was one of the few celebs that dipped into the designers archives. She chose a black cut-out lace and ruffle lace tier skirt dress from the ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SPRING 2016 collection. 

The dress was shown without sleeves on the runway but short sleeves was added to Rooney's dress which I think worked. Keeping the styling of her look simple as always, she finished up with a red lip and a pulled up-do.

The cast and more hit the green carpet for the 'Joker' premiere on Saturday(September 28th) at the Chinese Theater in LA. 

Zazie Beetz served up a sultry look, wearing the CHRISTOPHER KANE FALL 2019 black crystal lace & mesh panel midi dress which we first saw on Nicole Kidman in April 2019. The only thing that's a put off here is the sheer illusion nude panel under the cutouts on the waist. However I am still liking this look on her. Her light makeup look and pull back, braided ponytail allowed her look to shine as it should.

For the occasion, she chose her black strapless lace and crepe panel, draped dress from her sustainable HIRAETH FALL 2019 collection. I like the top part of this dress and below that, it looks unflattering on Rooney and the model.

Bella Thorne wore a custom made crystal and metallic stud mesh asymmetric gown by PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI. Even though I kinda wish this dress was lined, I still like it on Bella.

Rooney Mara who is on hand to support boyfriend Joaquin Phoenix, wore a white GIVENCHY dress which seems to be inspired by the SPRING 2018 COUTURE collection. If I had to anything here it would be a red lip or sparkly earrings. Also I would swap out those bridal pumps for a metallic ankle strap sandal. 

Barbara Palvin was invited by GIORGIO ARMANI so naturally she is wearing a dress by the designer again. She wore a grey embroidered layered slip dress, with her hair in loose waves and adorned with a pink bow headband.

Rooney Mara is white a white long sleeve floral embroidered, high-low hem dress & a black faux leather harness jacket. I actually like the dress with the harness because without it, this look would have been really boring. 

Kate Mara wore the wore the 'Camille' bustier dress in an alternative, silk-satin fabric. The dress wore shown in a white & black color-block version in the look book which I wish Kate wore. It just looks more interesting than the solid black.

If this two things that you should know about Rooney Mara, is that she wears black & a lot of GIVENCHY. She wore a RESORT 2019 black long sleeve crepe & lace panel ankle length dress which featured a flirty cutout waist and padded shoulders. 

Rooney's dress is slightly different from the look book version which didn't feature the padded shoulders. I thought this was a sultry all black dress on the actress but as with all her looks, it didn't excite. Still, a great look nonetheless. Did Rooney sell you on her all black look?

The Givenchy Paris Fashion Show took place yesterday(October 1st) in Paris and of course some of the brand's leading ladies were on hand to see Clare Waight Keller's debut collection for the fashion house. The celebs were wearing GIVENCHY of course. 

Fan Bingbing wore a RESORT 2018 white cotton twill, double breasted trench coat and white transparent, tulle wide-leg trousers. A center part ponytail, a colored lip and clear sunglasses finished up her look. 

Marjorie Harvey wore a SPRING 2017 black & red jewel embellished & zipper detail jacket which she styled with black wide-leg pants. A ponytail, dark sunglasses and black sandals finished up her look. 

Julianne Moore wore a crisp white two-piece suit with a black lace, turtleneck top underneath. She also wore black sandals and a white bag from the brand. Dark sunglasses and center part tresses finished up her great look.

When it comes to her style, Rooney Mara tends to keep things simple and to the point which may or may not pay off. On Saturday(April 22nd) she attended the 2017 Humane Society Gala at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, California.

She hit the blue carpet in a BURBERRY SPRING 2017 white long sleeve layered shirt dress with a lace embroidered overlay. The dress easily has a better fit on Rooney than the model. 

However a more interesting pair of heels and a colored lip could have taken this look to the next level. But playing is Rooney's signature. An up-do with bangs which was adorned with a black headband finished up her look.
