'The Supremes at Earl's All-You-Can-Eat' LA Premiere

The premiere of ''The Supremes At Earl's All-You-Can-Eat'' took place at the Culver Theater on Friday(August 23th) in Culver City, California.

Regina Hall posed in a FARM RIO green floral jumpsuit which was accessorized with a pink clutch and black ankle strap sandals. The problem here is the styling. She needed accessories that complimented each other and her overall look. Also, a belt would have done her wonders in this jumpsuit. 

Tati Gabrielle wore a custom HARBISON gown, that was giving 'Material Girl' vibes. Given the rest of the attendees, she was a bit overdressed. Also, I can't say that I am 100% sold on the design, but I like the idea behind it.

Following their attendance at the Image awards, Kiki Layne and Sanaa Lathan hit the red carpet for HBO's 'Native Son' premiere yesterday evening(April 1st) at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

50th NAACP Image Awards Wrap-up

Regina Hall wore the RAMY BROOK 'Linley' rose pink one-shoulder dress, featuring a cutout knotted waist, and a high slit. If I had to nitpick, I wish the hair was completely off-the-shoulders.

Tika Sumpter presented wearing the SAFIYAA FALL 2018 'Mardelle' light blue off-the-shoulder, with an gathered like bow detail. While Tika looked beautiful in red, I kinda wish the wore the light blue. The color would have looked equally amazing on her. Her look was topped off with a chic ponytail which you can see better HERE.

Sanaa Lathan worked the split on her HANEY SPRING 2019 black gown. Her 'Coco' gown featured a deep v-neck and belted waist, which was topped off with JIMMY CHOO sandals. I love that ponytail that her hairstylist Larry J Sims gave her to top off her sultry look.

Kate Beckinsale showed some skin, wearing a long sleeve black and nude, sheer illusion beaded dress from the JULIEN MACDONALD SPRING 2019 collection. Padded shoulders, a v-neckline, a cutout waist and a center front split were the details on Kate's sultry piece. Surprisingly Kate ditched her signature hairstyle for the first time that I can remember. She went with center part, off-the-shoulder light waves. The dress is right up Kate's style alley but I don't think it works for this awards show. Maybe the Grammy's and/or VMA What do you think of Kate's look?

Ebonee Davis was another celeb who worked the split on her dress. She opted for a BURNETTE PRE-FALL 2019 gown, which featured a white long sleeve beaded, v-neck top and a black draped, train detail skirt.

Uzo Aduba seemingly skipped the red carpet but her stylist did snap a pic of her look for instagram. She chose a ROSETTA GETTY FALL 2019 gold tie neck, shift gown, which was accessorized with IRENE NEWWITH earrings and a JUDITH LEIBER clutch.

Lena Waithe worked a masculine inspired look courtesy of GRAYSCALE. I really like her green printed blazer which she accessorized with a black turtleneck, black trousers and black AQUATALIA shoes.

Chrissy Metz re-wore a custom CHRISTIAN SIRIANO dress, which she wore on Glamour previously. However gold buttons was added to the neckline which made her dress interesting.

Yesterday evening(September 20th) Gabrielle Union and Sanaa Lathan posed together on the red carpet for the Netflix premiere of 'Nappily Ever After' at Harmony Gold in LA.

Gabrielle Union looked great in a ELIE SAAB PRE-FALL 2018 thorn green lurex, off-the-shoulder maxi dress which she teamed with purple round bag and CASADEI sandals. A center part short bob and minimal makeup finished up her look.

Sanaa Lathan also opted for a green dress, courtesy of JOVANI. Her halter column, floor gazing dress, featuring a side split. The dress is available in several colors but she looks great in this green. Minimal make-up, her natural short hair and gold earrings finished up her look.

Sanaa Lathan is gearing up for the premiere of her new show 'Shots Fired' and on Thursday(March 16th) she attended the premiere at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California. 

Following the premiere, she posted her look on her instagram page. Sanaa posed for the gram wearing the FAME & PARTNERS 'Yoko' white ivory woven-crepe wrap dress with a sheer draped overlay & a split detail. 

Sanaa's dress was shown in the look book in a longer version but I think the ankle length version worked in her favor. TACORI jewelry, berry lips, a high ponytail and shimmery silver sandals finished up her sultry look.

I am thankful that her cleavage was not on display with that wide neckline. An up-do with side swept bangs, red lips, a black clutch and MARTIN KATZ jewelry finished up her great look.

Sanaa Lathan on the other hand was showing some cleavage in a sleeveless black ROBERTO CAVALLI dress with an gold embellished neckline. Instead of going with a colored lip, Sanaa opted for a glossy lip offset with a shimmery gold eye. This look is a bit generic, nothing exciting.
