2018 EE BAFTA Nominees Party

Yesterday evening(February 17th) the EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) nominees party took place at Kensington Palace in London. Be sure to check back shortly for the red carpet rundown from the awards. 

Kate Mara wore a VALENTINO SPRING 2018 pink strapless mini dress with a bow detail back. On the accessories end, she played around with different hues which featured a fuchsia shoulder bag and grey velvet pumps. A pulled back up-do and smokey eyes finished up her look. 

Caitriona Balfe wore a CHANEL PRE-FALL 2018 ensemble which featured a white embellished button halter top, black culottes and black patent oxfords. A short bob with bangs and pink lips finished up her look.  

Margot Robbie wore a CHANEL SPRING 2018 COUTURE white three-quarter sleeve tweed & feather dress styled with gold GIANVITO ROSSI sandals. A pulled back up-do and pink lips completed her look.

Alesha Dixon, Laura Whitmore & Daisy Lowe at the 2016 Pride of Britain Awards

Along with Nicole Scherzinger, Alesha Dixon, Laura Whitmore and Daisy Lowe hit the red carpet at the 2016 Pride of Britain Awards on Monday(October 31st) at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London. 

Alesha Dixon wore a dress from her collaboration with LITTLE BLACK DRESS. Her FALL 2016 strapless red & black rose print belted dress featured a center front split. Accessorized with black choker, she finished up her look black ankle strap sandals and a red lip. 

Laura Whitmore wore a sleeveless SANDRA MANSOUR sheer floral floor length dress which was  layered with a black mini dress underneath for coverage. I am not to crazy about the hairstyle but she looked great otherwise. 

Daisy Lowe wore a black & silver JENNY PACKHAM beaded evening dress with a v-neckline and a open-back.  I don't think her long ponytail with bangs compliments the dress but I do like the fit.

Sonam Kapoor in Sandra Mansour & Anamika Khanna at the Melbourne Indian Film Festival

Sonam Kapoor is at the Indian Film Festival which is being held in Melbourne, Australia. She posted a few pics of her looks on instagram from yesterday and today. 

Her first look featured a SANDRA MANSOUR white long sleeve layered lace embroidered calf length dress with a shimmery black twisted, cut-out crop top overlay. Sonam wears the dress very well but I would have loved to see the dress without the shimmery crop top. Love her hair & make-up which you can see a close-up image via her instagram. LOUBOUTIN black sandals finished up her look. 

Today she posted an image of her second look before her appearance at an awards event during the festival. She posed wearing ANAMIKA KHANNA lace embroidered long duster coat with the matching vest and pants. This was my favorite look of the two. I am kinda on the fence about the statement choker because it competes with her ensemble. However she owned this elegant look. Also another flawless beauty look as well to compliment it.

2016 Elle Style Awards Wrap-up

Yesterday evening the 2016 ELLE Style awards took place at Tate Britain in London. To see all of the looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Ellie Goulding wore a black STELLA MCCARTNEY lace panel bustier dress with a short train detail. I am not to crazy about the design of the top and I wish she did something more interesting with her hair & make-up.  

Karlie Kloss was honored with the Inspiring Woman of The Year award and she also wore STELLA MCCARTNEY. Her long sleeve black belted dress with a train detail, also featured a plunging neckline which was layered with a blush colored bustier underneath. I like the sleekness of her look which was topped off with a red lip, straight off-the-shoulder tresses and a gold clutch finished up her look. 

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a ROBERTO CAVALLI SPRING 2016 black one long sleeve mini dress with a detailed draped panel on the side. Center part waves, a rosy lip and black sandals completed her look.
