Following her appearance on 'The View', Jada Pinkett Smith stopped by Good Day New York yesterday(July 18th) to continue promoting her new film 'Girls Trip'. 

For her appearance, she wore a SOPHIE THEALLET SPRING 2017 terra-cotta, a-line printed dress with raffia cut-out detail and a crisscross, cut-out bodice. 

I like this dress but I don't think her cute AQUAZZURA nude strappy, platform sandals works with it.  I think she should have gone with a simpler style. What do you think of Jada's look?

Instagram Style: Gabrielle Union in Sophie Theallet

Gabrielle Union is gearing up for the new season of her hit TV show 'Being Mary Jane' and yesterday(June 12th) she posted a picture of her look on instagram backstage at the Conan show before her appearance. 

She posed for the gram wearing a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2017 wearing a black & marigold floral printed dress that stopped just below her knees and featured a cut-out bodice and sheer long floral lace sleeves. 

In the look book Gabby's dress featured a sheer floral lace waistband as well but the actress lined the waistband on her dress. I actually prefer the waistband lined so I am glad that she altered it. Also the dress is longer in the look book but Gabby's length worked in her favor. Continuing with her big curls, she finished up her look with black ankle strap sandals, a dark red lip and a ALEXIS BITTAR ring.

2017 NBA Awards Wrap-up

Along with Jada Pinkett Smith, Hailey Baldwin, Naomi Campbell, Damaris Lewis & Monica Brown attended the 2017 NBA Awards last night(June 26th) at Basketball City at Pier 36.

Hailey Baldwin wore a DAVID KOMA FALL 2017 black & green long sleeve sequin embellished lace dress which was layered with a black bra & briefs for coverage and featured a ribbon & buckle detail. VITA FEDE jewelry, CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA pumps and side parted waves finished up her look.

Naomi Campbell wore an ELIE SAAB FALL 2017 sheer black long sleeve colored embroidered cocktail dress layered with a black mini slip dress underneath for coverage and a feathered neckline, cuff & hem. Instead of wearing her hair completely off-the-shoulder, she went with a half up half down straight hairstyle. Black platform sandals finished up her look.

Damaris Lewis was armored up in a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2017 long sleeve sheer black & gold beaded embellished dress which she styled with gold T-strap pumps. A dark red lip & braided up-do finished up her look.

Monica Brown looks pretty with her new hair color rocking a sheer black layered long sleeve, ruffle high neck top and a GUCCI RESORT 2017 zigzag sequin & black tulle overlay pencil skirt. ALEXANDER MOR jewelry, GIANVITO ROSSI heels and a black clutch finished up her great look.

Following her attendance at the BET awards, Jada Pinkett Smith jetted here to New York to present at the 2017 NBA Awards last night(June 26th) at Basketball City at Pier 36. 

For the occasion, she wore a SOPHIE THEALLET SPRING 2017 sleeveless sheer gold metallic lace & black dress with feathered neck detail. In the look book, the dress stops just about the ankles on the model but grazes the floor on Jada. 

However the length works nicely for Jada's height. Beauty wise, she went with an complimentary up-do and matching smokey eye offset with a glossy lip. The EMM KUO 'Joa' resin clutch finished up her look.

Continuing on the promo trail for 'The Promise', Charlotte Le Bon was spotted arriving at the Build Series yesterday(April 18th) in New York. 

She stepped out in a SOPHIE THEALLET SPRING 2017 color-block raffia bomber jacket and a PAULE KA RESORT 2017 purple lurex crewneck knit sweater and cranberry red high waisted paper bag trousers. 

Paper bag trousers can be hard to pull but I like these on Charlotte and her overall cool, chic look. The STELLA LUNA ' Indispensable' brown suede booties and side parted tresses finished up her look.

Halsey in Sophie Theallet at the 'Fifty Shades Darker' LA Premiere

Halsey is on the 'Fifty Shades Darker' soundtrack so it is no surprise to see her at the premiere yesterday evening(February 2nd) at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles. 

On tune with the carpet, she wore a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2016 black crushed velvet & sheer lace gown with plunging neckline and a over-sized bow detail on the bodice.   

Given Halsey's style, I actually like this look for her. However the neckline is just too wide for me. A black choker, black ankle strap sandals, minimal make-up and her signature pixie finished up her look. Does the neckline work for you?

Following the EMA awards, Shailene Woodley attended the 2016 InStyle Awards yesterday evening(October 24th) at The Getty Center in LA. 

She hit the carpet wearing a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2016 halter dress with a beaded sheer stripe top, a cream textured & gold pleated peplum waist and a floral beaded midi skirt. Shailene's dress was altered from the runway version which was unlined and featured a different neckline along with a zipper detail bodice. 

I don't like Shailene's altered version at all. The bodice & neckline looks better on the runway, the nude underlining doesn't compliment the design and I don't like the skirt length on her especially with those shoes. For me, the alterations wasn't done properly. Do you agree or did Shailene sell this look to you?

Actress Angela Sarafyan hit the grey carpet yesterday evening(September 28th) at the premiere of her HBO drama series 'Westworld' at the TCL Chinese Theater in LA.

She stepped out in a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2016 strapless burgundy ankle length dress with a bow detailed waist and a high side front split. Love this dress and even though this is not a wow moment, I still thought Angela looked beautiful.

On hand to support hubby Dwayne Wade, Gabrielle Union hit the red carpet at the BODY at the ESPYs pre-party and the 2016 ESPY Awards in LA. 

On Tuesday(July 12th) she attended the BODY At The ESPYs pre-party at Avalon Hollywood wearing a SOPHIE THEALLET FALL 2016 grey plaid calf length dress with a button front bodice and a knot & split detail skirt. I like this dress, it's sophisticated with a sultry appeal. However I wish she wore a strappy sandal over the feathered sandals that she is wearing. Ankles up, I like this. 

This evening(July 13th) she attended the 2016 ESPY Awards at the Microsoft Theater wearing a AUGUST GETTY FALL 2015 long sleeve black sheer lace embroidered dress with a black bodysuit underneath. I am over this look but I am not sold on the quality of the dress. Also that hairstyle is not helping her look, a sleeker, off-the-shoulder style would have been the best route.

Following the Berlin premiere, Sarita Choudhury jetted off to London to attend the A Hologram For The King premiere at the BFI Southbank.

Turning to her go to designer once again, she wore a SOPHIE THEALLET SPRING 2016 black sleeveless embroidered calf length dress. 

Sarita had her dress modified from the runway version which featured a sheer but instead she opted for satin for better coverage. While I don't like the fit of the dress on Sarita, once again she opted for a boring shoe choice. Red lip and a wavy up-do finished up her look.
