Silk’n Holiday Girls Night Out

Recently I had the opportunity to attend a blogger event where I learned about SILK'N and their products. In the midst of learning about the product, I was able to try out the 'Silk'n ReVit' tool. This ReVit micro-dermabrasion tool helps to remove dead skin cells, improve skin tones and diminish those fine lines & spots.

We all know that we can't be young forever but using a simple tool like this to improve your skin's texture without going under the knife and getting professional results, to me it's worth it. The tool is simple and very easy to use. The exfoliaent vacuum works to stimulate the skin while bringing to light a flawless complexion. The ReVit comes with 3 different detachable attachments: Precision, Fine & Coarse. 

The different attachment heads are designed to treat specific parts of the face, neck & hands. If you have normal or recently treated skin, you should use the Fine head attachment. For a more intense abrasion, use the Coarse head attachment and to target those small areas around the nose & eyes, use the Precision head attachment. For me, I used the Fine attachment head. Before use, you want to make sure that you clean your face so that is free from any creams or make-up. The tool makes a little suction sound and all you have to do is glide it across the areas on your face that you want to treat. 

Also you would want to treat each area for about 5 minutes and repeat if necessary depending on your skin condition. While using the ReVit tool, I hung out with a friend watching TV, laughing and discussing the product. I felt no pain and this helped to keep me distracted & relaxed during the treatment. My Beauty Find: Olay Regenerist Luminous Collection

Luminous skin has been a trend on the runways and the red carpet. Recently Olay sent me their new 'Regenerist Luminous Collection' to try and I must say that I fell in love with it. I have or should I say had issues with dark spots and after using the collection daily for several weeks, I saw a reduction in the spots and under eye circles.

The luminous collection comes with 3 steps to cleanse your face morning and night. The 'Regenerist Luminous Brightening Cream Cleanser' is infused with exfoliating micro beads which helps to brighten your skin after each wash. I loved how light, fresh and soft my face felt after using this cleanser. My skin even had a nice glow to it, making this one of the best cleansers that I ever used on my skin.

The next step in the collection, is the 'Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream' which helped to fade the dark spots on my skin while leaving it smooth and refreshed. This cream really helped to improve the appearance of my skin so much, that I didn't need to use my foundation with it.

The last step in the collection is the 'Regenerist Luminous Dark Circle Correcting Hydraswirl.' The hydraswirl formula brighten under and around my eyes. My eyes felt moisturized and smooth with a nice glow. If you have issues with dark circles or raccoon eyes, this is a must try.

What I like most about the luminous collection is the fact that the creams are not sticky and doesn't leave residue on your skin. It lives up to it's name and I am glad that I had the opportunity to try it. This is something the I will continue to use as my beauty regiment.
