Kelly Rowland & Angela Sarafyan both wore GEORGES CHAKRA COUTURE last night(October 23rd) at the 2017 InStyle Awards at The Getty Center in LA. 

Kelly Rowland wore a SPRING 2017 COUTURE white sleeveless layered lace, paillettes & tulle dress which she accessorized with a silver clutch and FENDI FALL 2017 red thigh-high boots. On the runway, Kelly's dress was featured with long sleeve and a dotted tulle skirt. It feels like a bridal meets dominatrix. She looks good though. 

Angela Sarafyan wore a FALL 2017 COUTURE black dotted & beaded tulle tea length dress with nude underlining for coverage and a cutout deep v-neckline and double, split sleeves. Love the dress on her but I feel like a colored lip and up-do could have enhanced her look.

2017 InStyle Awards Wrap-up

Last night(October 23rd) the 2017 InStyle Awards took place at The Getty Center in LA. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Ellen Pompeo stood out in a long sleeve magenta CO RESORT 2018 Japanese crepe midi dress with a ruffle, tie high neck, ruffle cuffs and a pleated skirt. Love the color & style of this dress. A complimentary up-do, a burgundy clutch and ankle strap sandals finished up her look. 

Bella Heathcote looked great in a violet floral ROSIE ASSOULIN RESORT 2018 bustier gown with tie straps, a sweetheart neckline and a gathered asymmetrical skirt. Her look was accessorized with BORGIONI earrings, a HUEB ring, the ATELIER SWAROVSKI 'Marina' clutch and SOPHIA WEBSTER sandals. 

Demi Lovato worked her frame in a ALICE + OLIVIA SPRING 2018 lavender floor length dress with a draped neckline, a belted waist, a ruched side panel and thigh-high split. I like the dress but it looks a tad tight on Demi. However it's not a bad look but I would swap out those GIANVITO ROSSI pumps for sandals.

Serayah has been bringing her style game lately and it is being noticed. The 'Empire' star attended the 2017 InStyle Awards last night(October 23rd) at The Getty Center in LA.

On tune with the black carpet, she wore a VERSUS VERSACE FALL 2017 black long dress with sheer short sleeves, a logo high neck and asymmetrical, thigh-high splits. 

On the runway, she dress was shown with long sleeves but I think the shorter sleeve suited the idea of the dress. While I wish she opted for a strappy sandals over the LOUBOUTIN pumps, she still looked great in this sultry, matrix look. She finished up with JOHN HARDY jewelry and a flawless beauty look.

Selena Gomez made her way to the black carpet last night(October 23rd) for the 2017 InStyle Awards which was held at The Getty Center in LA.

Showing some leg, she wore a JACQUEMUS SPRING 2018  black mini dress which featured spaghetti straps, a crossover, short v-neckline and a ruched side, ruffle panel. She is also wearing the nude & yellow heel sandals from the runway look. 

I can't say that this is a exciting look but it's simply cute and flirty. Dressed up with gold sparkly jewelry, she finished up her look with a center part ponytail and smokey eyes.

Cate Blanchett is known for taking fashion risks and they tend to pay off. The actress made her way to the carpet for the 2017 InStyle Awards at The Getty Center last night(October 23rd) in LA. 

The actress nailed a GIVENCHY SPRING 2018 dress. Her red & black stripe silk-chiffon dress featured ruffle shoulders and three-quarter puffy sleeves. I like that she opted for this color-way as I think it suits her more than the runway color-way.  

Also the addition of the belt worked in her favor as it added much needed balance to her look. REPOSSI ear-cuffs, color-block pumps from the same collection, smokey eyes and a side parted short, wavy cut finished up her look.

While Elle Fanning is still working with the same stylist, she has switched up her style lately, taking more fashion risk. The actress was on hand for the 2017 InStyle Awards last night(October 23rd) at The Getty Center in LA.

For the occasion, she turned to VERSACE, wearing a head to toe SPRING 2018 look which featured a colorful printed pop art dress which stopped above her ankles, with a contrasting beaded neckline and the matching mule sandals. 

This is a fun, playful look which I do like for Elle. However it's the hairstyle and eye make-up that is throwing me off. A sleek, off-the-shoulder style like the models were wearing would have been more complimentary for her. Did Elle sell this look to you?
