The ''Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever'' premiere took place yesterday evening(October 6th) at the Dolby Theatre in LA.

Rihanna made her return to the carpet since giving birth to her first child & she is singing the lead song off of the soundtrack. She chose a structured sequin dress from the RICK OWENS SPRING 2023 collection with GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals. I think the dress works perfectly for her, it's those gloves that doesn't belong.

Florence Kasumba in David Tlale at Disney's 'The Lion King' London Premiere

Florence Kasumba was one of many stars in the 'Black Panther' and she brought her talents to  Disney's 'The Lion King'. She was on hand for the royal London premiere at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square yesterday evening(July 14th).

She delivered in Jenny Packham at the LA premiere but I am loving her more in this unique creation from South African designer DAVID TLALE. Her  FALL 2019 ensemble maybe off-season but Florence effortlessly pulls off the print and the voluminous structure & silhouette.

Beauty wise, she went with a subtle red lip, for a pop of color and wingtip eyes, which topped off her look along with SOBOYE jewelry.

Disney's 'The Lion King' LA Premiere Wrap-up

The red carpet was full of celebs for the premiere of Disney's 'The Lion King' at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California yesterday evening(July 9th). Beyonce, Tiffany Haddish, Zooey Deschanel and more were on hand for the occasion.

Florence Kasumba who also starred in Black Panther, sparkled beautifully in the JENNY PACKHAM PRE-FALL 2019 'Nemi' black and gold sequin embellished, v-neck gown.

Shahadi Wright wore a sleeveless MIU MIU embellished, v-neck gown, which I think would have been so much better on her in a knee length version. However she still looks pretty and I love her big hair.

Skai Jackson wore a CONG TRI FALL 2019 silver metallic dress, with ruffle sleeves. Skai is always serving looks and I love her flawless beauty look.

Chadwick Boseman looked simply great in a EMPORIO ARMANI SPRING 2018 black & gold printed shirt and black trousers which he accessorized with DAVID YURMAN jewelry and black dress shoes.

Letitia Wright wore a BIBHU MOHAPATRA SPRING 2017 sheer black long sleeve beaded embroidered tulle gown which was layered for coverage. On the runway, the bodice of Letitia's gown was layered with a studded top which thankfully she left out. Accessorized with NORMAN SILVERMAN jewelry, she finished up with minimal make-up and a short layered cut. 

Michael B. Jordan kept it simple in a black CALVIN KLEIN suit which he styled with a black tie, a black embellished collar shirt and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN loafers. PIAGET jewelry finished up his look.

Danai Gurira joined her cast mates at the world premiere of the 'Black Panther' yesterday evening(January 30th) at the El Capitan Theatre in LA. 

She hit the purple carpet wearing a VIKTOR & ROLF SOIR pink column dress which featured a dramatic one-shoulder volant, a contrasting black bodice and contrasting black crystal beading. 

Satin sometimes can be hard to wear as it can come off as unflattering in the mid-section which you can see here. While I am not love the pink fabric or the fit, the color looks beautiful on Danai and she wears the dress very well. What do you think of Danai's look?
