2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women Party Wrap-up

On Friday(January 27th) the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party took place at Sunset Tower in LA. To see all of the celebs looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up. 

Ciara showed off her growing baby bump wearing a RHEA COSTA black long sleeve velvet off-the-shoulder dress with a center front split and a contrasting satin tie waist. Even though a colored lip wouldn't have hurt, she stilled looked very pretty. GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals, off-the-shoulder straight tresses and a choker & cross necklace finished up her look.

Nicole Richie wore a black CHRISTIAN DIOR tie off-the-shoulder floor length dress. The sleeves looks a little too loos but I do like the dress. A sleek, complimentary up-do, wing tip eyes and SARAH FLINT heels finished up her look.

Peyton List looked really cute in the MARTHA MEDEIROS ‘Nadia Tata’ long sleeve powder blue lace embroidered mini dress with a matching floral neckline. The lip is a bit dark with this  light colored dress but she still looked cute. RANDALL SCOTT fine jewelry, a metallic clutch & ankle strap pumps and a complimentary up-do topped off her look.

Whether we like it or not, Tracee Ellis Ross knows how to pick pieces that suits her style. She attended the Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party on Friday(January 27th) at the Sunset Tower in LA. 

She sparkled on the black carpet wearing a RASARIO SPRING 2017 pink long sleeve sequin dress with a cut-out back and a contrasting black velvet tie neck. 

If this looks familiar, that's because Aubrey Plaza wore the silver mini version of the dress last week.  My only only complaint here is that I wish she left those unnecessary earrings out. LOUBOUTIN pumps, a colored smokey eye and a long braided ponytail. What do you think of Tracee' sequin look?

Yara Shahidi has been having a lot of fun with her style lately but sometimes her look tends to be a bit too mature. On Friday(January 27th) she attended the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party at Sunset Tower in LA. 

She stepped out in a DOLCE & GABBANA long sleeve sheer black & pink floral tulle embroidered floor length dress with a black satin dress underneath for coverage.

Elle Fanning stood out yesterday evening(January 27th) at the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party at the Sunset Tower in LA. 

Turning to one of her go to designers, she wore a RODARTE SPRING 2017 red semi-sheer sequin leg-o-mutton sleeve crop top with tulle ruffle trim with the matching tier skirt. While this is not one of their overly designed looks, I think this is a little too red for Elle but I like it.

Adding some extra sparkle to her look, she paired her ensemble with glittery multicolored LOUBOUTIN pumps. However I think a simple sandal style would have worked better with this ensemble. Light make-up and straight tresses which should have been off-the-shoulder, finished up her look. Are you feeling Elle's looks?

Salma Hayek may serve up unexpected looks on the carpet but it can be a hit or miss. She was on hand for the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women on Friday(January 27th) at Sunset Tower in LA.

Wearing one of her go to brands, she wore a GUCCI long sleeve printed jacquard embroidered shirt dress with over-sized embellished buttons and a pink velvet waist tie. Me personally, I like multi printed dresses like this and while I want to like this, I don't think it works on Salma.

Also I am not feeling the high ponytail or the earrings and her stiff posing. A french mauve metallic colored platform pump and a gold metallic clutch finished up her look. Are you sold on Salma's look?

We rarely see Jhene Aiko on the red carpet but she stepped out Friday(January 27th) for the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party at Sunset Tower in LA.

For the occasion, she wore a PRABAL GURUNG RESORT 2017 bone colored two-piece suit with a nude pearl beaded belt and panel on the matching wide-leg trousers. 

I am not sure why celebs aren't getting their pants hemmed but this is not a good look. Also while this is a really cute suit, the fit of the jacket is really bad as well and the tie around the waist is not helping. Accessories and her beauty look is all that I like here. On Friday(January 27h) Alexandra Shipp attended the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party at Sunset Tower in LA. 

She hit the black carpet wearing a DOLCE & GABBANA a leopard and black & white polka dot maxi dress with an ruffled off-the-shoulder detail. Alexandra's dress also featured polka dot straps which she opted to wear down.

However I wish it wasn't visible since she didn't utilize it. This print combo is unexpected together but the silhouette which is on trend, works. Can't say that I am liking the choppy hairstyle though. Minimal make-up and a gold choker finished up her look. What do you think of Alexandra's look?

Rocking a trendy look, she wore a nude JONATHAN SIMKHAI FALL 2016 fringe long sleeve dress with a mock neckline, cold-shoulders and a cut-out waist. On the runway, the dress hits just below the model's knee but on 5'5 Cara, it hits near her ankles. 

For me, I like length on the model and also I wish she added a colored lip for balance. The green EDIE PARKER clutch doesn't really help. A smokey eye and a pulled back hairstyle finished up her look. Are you feeling Cara's fringe look?

Amber Valletta stepped out on Friday(January 27th) for the 2017 Harper's BAZAAR 150 Most Fashionable Women party at Sunset Tower in LA.

Ditching her usual sexy, cut-out mini dresses, she opted for a ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER FALL 2016 COUTURE strapless black leather jumpsuit with side pockets. 

Opting not to wear the leather jacket it was shown with on the runway, she did pair it with black fishnet tights and black patent pumps which are by CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps. This is something I could definitely see on Gwen Stefani but Amber is working it. A wavy up-do, red lips, sparkly earrings and a black clutch finished up her look.
