Yesterday evening(May 25th) the 76th Cannes Film Festival amfAR gala was held at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d'Antibes, France.

Teyana Taylor with her style and abs are unmatched. I feel like on some, the MONOT SPRING 2022 cutout dress would have come off as tacky but not on Teyana. She slayed this look effortlessly.

Brie Larson in Chanel at the ''Perfect Days'' 76th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following the Kering gala, Brie Larson hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Perfect Days'' during the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival.

When it came to her style, Brie almost always delivered but her Cannes run with CHANEL has not been a great one. She wore another look from the label's RESORT 2024 collection and I can't say that I am loving this either. 

However, I do like the top half, it's just design of the skirt. I don't think the tweed and lace work well with each other. I feel like if the skirt was all tweed, the results would have been different. Did Brie sell you on her look?

Julia Garner looked beautiful wearing head to toe GUCCI. Love this green hue on her. 

Scarlett Johansson returned the carpet wearing a two-tone PRADA column dress. Her make-up is not great here and I really dislike the white faux bra panel. The straps and fit looks off.

The premiere of ''The Idol'' took place this evening(May 22nd) during the 76th Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. 

Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd wore a custom LOEWE tuxedo. This was a simple but classic look. It doesn't excite but it gave what it needed. 

Lily-Rose Depp dipped into the CHANEL archives for this FALL 1994 black sequin mini dress. It was a great look for the occasion. 

Sam Levinson wore a two-tone tuxedo and I am glad that he wore the jacket in white. However, there are some fit issues here.

This evening(May 22nd) in Cannes, France the premiere of ''Club Zero'' took place during the 76th Cannes film festival which was held at Palais des Festivals.

Neelam Gill showed some skin but she pulled off this custom creation by TONY WARD. The green silk-chiffon panel took it to the net level. 

Mia Wasikowska wore custom dress by LOUIS VUITTON which showed a hint of skin via the side cutouts. I like the idea of this dress but the pleated panel over the midriff looks off.

Following the premiere, Alicia Vikander attended the photocall for ''Firebrand'' this evening(May 22nd) during the 76th Cannes Film Festival.

Alicia is a loyal brand ambassador so of course she is wearing LOUIS VUITTON. On the runway, her PRE-FALL 2023 dress was shown in a pale yellow hue but thankfully Alicia's dress was done for her in navy. 

The darker hue is actually more chicer and the color suits her better. My only nitpick is that she should have gone with a silver or gold metallic sandal. Nonetheless, it was a great look overall for her appearance. What do you think of Alicia's look?

Julianne Moore wore a LOUIS VUITTON dress and I like this color on her. However, I am not feeling that puffy panel on the shoulders.  

Natalie Portman looked elegantly in a CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE 1949-50 gown. 

Charles Melton looked sharp in a GIORGIO ARMANI tuxedo but the pants needed to be hemmed.

On the runway, the model is selling this ensemble to me but it doesn't translate the same on Marion. I like that she always takes fashion risks but this isn't working on her in my opinion.

Dual Lipa hit the red carpet this evening(May 19th) with her new boyfriend for the premiere of ''Omar la Fraise'' (The King of Algiers) during the 76th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

Dua has great style and her stylist almost always seems to get in her fashionable pieces. For this occasion, she wore a custom CELINE by Hedi Slimane dress. Her black one-shoulder, floor length gazing dress featured slashed details on the bodice and a thigh-high split. 

Her dress is simple and sexy but it doesn't excite. I feel like she needed a statement jewelry and/or a red lip to enhance her look. Also, I am not crazy about the hairstyle. Overall, it's not a bad look, it was just okay. What do you think of Dua's look?
